Our waiter Cass was very friendly and extremely attentive to our needs. He never let our drinks get less than half full before he was offering refills. He made sure we had everything that we needed and was very patient. He told us about O'Charleys bringing back their brunch services in the near future. I'm not really a brunch person but since he did tell me about it, I may return and check it out. 10/10 would come back to O'Charleys, I had a great experience today with the waiter Cass and the food was very good.

Four of us on a busy Friday evening and we we seated quick enough, but then, everything went into slow motion.Took a bit for drinks, another bit to take orders and then quietly a bit before food came out.Once it got to the table, nobody had any complaints about the food.Just seemed like they were a bit overwhelmed and understaffed.

Place is really filthy. The bathrooms are equal to the filthiest gas station you can imagine. Bar tender was very friendly and food was satisfactory. Rolls were super hard and not fresh. It's just hard to eat when you're surrounded by tables unkept with dirty dishes, dirty tabletops and again the nastiest bathroom possible. Makes you wonder about how kitchen is kept. Won't be back. Whoever owns it needs to be reviewed. If they don't care- then close it before someone lets sick!
