John was our server and he was awesome!! We weren’t even there 5 minutes and we already had drinks, bread, and a salad! I noticed he took the time to really talk to each of his tables and I really enjoyed his service. My food was also AMAZING! Steak cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. Definitely recommend this Outback!!

Great atmosphere, good food, and great service. The steaks were cooked correctly. Our waitress was great. The restaurant was clean as well as the bathrooms. Parking was easy and plentiful. There are many things to do around the area, places to stay. The area is safe

It was very busy but good service for all the insanity. Parking seemed a little on the shy side for the location but manageable. Staff very friendly and most eager to assist.
To begin, i want to express how important a nice relaxing evening for supper for my wife, mother in law and I was totally needed tonight. We have been taking turns around the clock with our boy Kevin Wilson . He is the 14 year old young boy that is still in critical condition at CAMC General hospital in Charleston, due to a tramatic bus crash( total 19 babies on the bus ) The driver was arrested for DUI. This was our first time visiting your establishment. The environment was very nice. Steak was tough and had a spicy hot flavor without any steak season flavor. The blooming onion we were so excited for but it was full of grease . I had iceberg lettuce chunks in my caeser salad. I do want to say the potato soup was delicious . Our server was John. We had to ask for everything we needed. For example even just basic need like just bread and refills, we had to ask other servers. Not one dirty dish was removed from our table until I basically placed it in his hand. We had to place dishes beside us in our booth for room on the table. Unfortunately, based on our experience tonight I strongly feel that we will not be returning. Bill was paid in full and his tip we did not dock . But , I felt I needed to at least send this review. Thank you for your time.
