Love their food, but we have a less than 50% take rate on actually cutting my sandwich in half. This makes it easier when driving.

Overpriced hospital food, isn't that what they say? Having paid a few hospital bills in my day, the single can of off brand soda they bring to the hospital room is more than a meal at Panera, so maybe people don't know what they're talking about.

Anyway, it's Panera Bread. What else needs to be said? It is a little pricey for the portions, but the ingredients aren't super processed and terrible for you so that's what you're paying for in the long run - health! And health is wealth. Except not as much wealth as you once had because you fed your family at Panera Bread and it's a little pricey, but I think I said that already.

Their black tea is really good, though. Would recommend!

I ask for decade coffee at7:50 pm and was told they didn’t have any. No offer was made to brew any. For a restaurant that lists coffee and pastries as some of the signature products it seems ludicrous to not have any. Especially since you don’t close till 9:00 pm.

Not a fan, placed order online and was told it would be ready at 1:00. Showed up at 1:05, left at 1:10 with the food they couldn't seem to find. Not to mention its $16 for a small sandwich and salad. Not sure why people eat here, however my daughter loves it so we picked it up for her. 1 star for the food bc she said it was good. 1 star for order being correct. Not somewhere I'd return for, but that goes for ALL Panera's.

$54 for cheap canned soup with an eyelash in it, stale bread, and gas station-quality coffee. I had to use the coffee to give the bread adequate moisture (sunk-cost fallacy...I was in it this far, I might as well see it through).

Lesson learned - never again :-/

I orders the salad with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. There was no cheese and the salad was very small compared to other Panera's I have eaten at.

The sandwhiches were good. The people are always nice inside. Parking is kind of hard to get to with mall traffic. The only reason for 4 stars is we got the soup and tikki marsala and it was either stale or expired but it had a very strange taste

What a fantastic representative for Panera Bread Trevin was! He was kind, joyful and helpful when I came in. He uplifted my day. The food was great, the store was immaculate and all the employees seemed to enjoy their job.

Entirely overpriced. $40 for lunch for two, at fast casual? 👎🏻

Ordered soup, sandwich and a drink. I asked the guy for my cup and he said “what size?” And I responded “IDK, for $3.75 I hope it’s a large” and he said “it’s not, but I’ll give you a large cup anyway”.

If you’ve heard the term “shrinkflation” but don’t think you’ve experienced it, check out Panera Bread!
