Aerial provided some of the friendliest and kindest customer service I’ve ever had. She understood diabetic dietary restrictions, offered helpful alternatives, and knocked a couple of dollars off my bill since I didn’t want the birthday pastry. I was genuinely impressed with her customer service skills and it greatly added to the overall dining experience.
I came through the drive through last Thursday and hit the crew with a ton of questions about the menu. I’m gluten free (besides whole grains) and dairy free, so just about everything on the menu was a no go. It was a long and arduous task to find what I could actually eat, but the employee on drive-thru, Emily, was very helpful and answered all my questions with eloquence and an inviting disposition. She helped me find something that fit my diet and had zero signs of annoyance...
My only negative comment has nothing to fo with this store.Corporate Panera has decided to eliminate all muffins, but blueberries. I have stopped buying muffins, as my favs are no longer available.
