Pizza Hut

Pizza hut in Barboursville is the worst! This is how our pizza was delivered and looks like the box was opened by the door dash woman because the sticker was gone. We seen the delivery woman turn the pizza completely on its side when getting it out of her car. Pizza hut is letting these delivery people handle orders and these door dash drivers don't give a crap about how they handle your food. What a waste of money. We couldn't even eat it and threw it in the trash. This isn't the first time pizza hunt has messed up our food but is the last time we will spend a dime on their pizza. Apparently pizza hut doesn't care about their customers because this just keeps continuing to happen.

We aren't from Huntington so this was our (myself and my two daughters) first time stopping here. The employee was very nice. Ordering and paying was a breeze. He told us he'd bring it out to my vehicle when it was finished in about 15 minutes - which he did. The pizza was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend it. I was sad because the Pizza Hut in our town doesn't offer the same one because I was going to buy another for my husband and son, so we will hopefully be back before it is taken off the menu *if* it's a limited menu item.

Order a pizza and it was out for delivery for over an hour. When the pizza did finally arrived it was the wrong order, cold and the box was smashed! Called and made a complaint and the manager said he would give us a 35 dollar credit and when we tried to use it he hung up on us! What happened to work ethics in today's society? The manager needs fired for this type of Incompetence.

Best place we like to go for pizza so many varieties to choose from my fiance fav was meat lovers I loved the supreme. And anything chocolate for dessert.

Corporate Pizza hut should be ashamed. You need to pay your employees more instead of putting it on the backs of hard working Americans and lining your pockets with more profit. Since when did you tip the person who makes your pizza? What's next, tipping the cooks at McDonald's?

I had two really nice experiences with this location. First I went in to pick up my order one week and they were currently counting the register so when I wanted to add a soda to my order they went ahead and gave it to me free of charge instead of making me wait which I thought was super nice. Then I ordered a delivery order and it didn’t show up in time. When it did show up about 15 mins over the estimated time it was the manager who let me know their driver’s car broke down so they went and got my order to deliver it + gave me a $30 credit for the wait.

Both experiences were very appreciated so just wanted to brag on the service and management of this location.

I used to love PuzzHut it was my go to chain pizza restaurant. I’ve been here a few time and the food was subpar but I figured no fault of the location just PizzaHut just went down hill. However I went to this location this weekend to try the new Tavern Style pizza they just released. Awful is all I can say about it. I stood inside for 10-15 minutes waiting (no biggie they seemed pretty busy). When I opened the box none of the pieces were even connected so I can only assume it was sitting for awhile. Pizza was much smaller than expected but I’m sure that’s on me. I asked for extra sauce and well done, the pie was dry and still floppy. Sorry PizzaHut after this last experience I think I’m done with you guys.

Ordered pizza, Wings, Pasta and drinks to be delivered 4 miles from the store 45 minutes later order arrives with no drinks. Delivery person say he ******** forgot and will bring them back. Another hour and 25 minutes later he shows back up. Stores excuse was he had other deliveries to make. Called staff and they could have cared less. Never will I eat anything from Pizza Hut again. Worst location I’ve ordered from and I travel extensively

Placed a curbside pick up in the app. Arrived 5 minutes early. Waited 20 minutes before going inside to find that our order had been sitting there the whole time. Employee had the "oh well, stuff happens'" attitude when we explained that we requested curbside pickup. We know for a fact they do that because we watched the employee deliver one to the car next to us while we waited on ours. By the time we got the food home to eat it was cold. Horrible expereince.

web said 11-15 mins for pickup. showed up and there was 8 people standing inside. inwaited almost 20 mins inside after the 15 planned. for a personal pan pizza.
