I placed an order online to be ready at a certain time. Went to pick it up on my lunch break, it wasn't ready.. no big deal I understand things happen. Upon leaving I notice it's the wrong food. I take it back, explain to the waitress it's wrong (she was very friendly and apologetic) the kitchen has to make my food right this time.. mind you I'm still using up my break time.. I get my food go back to work.. my food isn't done, the fish it still raw. I call back, by this point it's ridiculous but I was still as nice as I could be with all this.. The manager sounds as though he doesn't believe me than tells me he will bring my dinner to me.. I see him walking with MY dinner that I gave $19.87.. he is literally SWINGING IT from side to side almost in a 360° circle.. I am on a restricted diet and this place is 1 of 2 places I can eat within the mall.... but NEVER AGAIN

Lack of meat on the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Too much salt in the meat and the white bread was grease-soaked. The Mashed potatoes were bland and the Cole slaw was spoiled. Waiter never came and checked back on us, nor did he ever bring our check. We had to get up and go to the podium at the entrance to get our check to pay our bill. Was not an option to leave a tip less than 18 percent. We wanted to customize it to just leave a three dollar tip for the terrible service and food. Won’t be returning.

Me and my girlfriend went and got lunch at ruby Tuesday’s looking for something new and it did not disappoint at all, the food was great and out bartender kim was great, over all a nice vibe.

Very expensive. My husband and I got the salad bar which had very little variety and 2 teas and it cost 36 dollars server was very nice though and the machine they use to cash you out with gave a 15 dollar tip when we left 7 so we unfortunatley won't b back
