My wife and I went here on a Saturday around 2pm to have a nice meal. We had not been to a Ruby Tuesday's in almost 15 years. We had a buy one get one free entree. We were seated and the hostess was prompt and pleasant. Our server Kim was very nice and polite. I ordered the Bourbon Chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli and my wife had the half slab of ribs with mashed potatoes instead of fries. It took 47 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food. The server was apologetic. Our food came and the portion sizes were very small, especially my bourbon chicken. I left hungry. There was no silverware on our table and we had to ask for and wait for silverware. The presentation of the food was not good. My bourbon chicken looks like it was thrown onto the plate.Overall this was a very disappointing experience. A customer who eats the food on his plate should not leave hungry. Two scoops of mashed potatoes would have really helped make the plate look full. And if the owner sees this please try to have the kitchen plate the food more carefully. Certainly not like the Ruby Tuesday's that I remember. In todays economy we choose very wisely where we spend out money dining out.

The meals on the menu are small had to ask to fill my drink. Especially slow.
I usually love Ruby Tuesdays and their salad bar. During this visit, I thought I would try the 6 oz ribeye. The ribeye was a very thin piece of meat and as tough as shoe leather. The price was 17.99 and only included one side with no salad. Please beware and do not order the ribeye. I walked away very disappointed. I have ordered six ounce steaks from Texas Roadhouse and other steak houses. Those steaks were twice as large, so I am pretty aware of portion size.

Whatever you do, don’t order the 6 oz ribeye. It is thinner then a piece of paper and tough as leather. They charge 17.99 for it and one side, no salad included. Basically it is served to you on a kid’s plate. The chicken kabobs should be on the children’s menu also, due to the portion size. This place is definitely not worth the money. I use to love Ruby Tuesday, but now I am not sure if I will go back.Usually when I go to Ruby Tuesday, I get the salad bar and I should have stuck with that. I thought I would try something new though. That decision was a huge mistake.They should be embarrassed to serve such food at that price.

I am not usually one to complain, but holy cow... The food was terrible, especially for the price. Steak quality was laughable. Like straight out of the dollar tree frozen section. Asked for medium rare, received well done. Sent it back and the replacement was medium well at best and basically resembled a slab of reconstituted beef jerky. My husband got a 16oz t-bone and it was unreal that they tried to pass it off as that. 10oz at best, honestly. I tried, I really tried to enjoy something but I just couldn't. The sweet tea was okay I guess. Never again.

It was Black Friday but we were able to get a table. They had a special where u get an appetizer and two entrees for $25. A really good deal! The spinach artichoke dip was excellent and the chips warm and fresh. My entree was a Hickory Bourbon sauce on a chicken breast and mashed potatoes. My friend got the burger and fries. It was all very good and service was great even though they got incredibly busy very fast.Wheelchair accessibility: I use a wheelchair and sometimes get placed where I'm in the way. I was seated at a nice table, comfortably and out of the way. Thank u!
