Nice enough place, but no public restroom, and poor service (forgot to enter my order) and one of the gals had a more than snippy response when I casually mentioned it. I would not recommend to others.

I had went and ordered two frappes, never got my correct change back, got the wrong drinks, was told I would receive the correct one if I waited and never received it. Worst service here.

I ordered a cup (supposed to be a FULL CUP) of Caramel Macchiato, and got a 1/2 cup. The typical Starbucks Flavor was not there... What a disappointment !!!
The boy I believe his name is sawyer rang me up and shorted me on my change- I have called and called only to get disconnected phone number . They were out of literally every desert tonight. So I got shorted on my money plus had to pick something I didn’t want and then have to wait forever to get it. Idc about the amount of the money but to not even be able to get ahold of someone is ridiculous . What store doesn’t have a working phone . And I’m talking about the Starbucks BY target.

Ordered a large Hazelnut espresso via drive thru and what did I get? A cup full of ice with only two sips of the actual thing. I’m so very disappointed and this is my first time of ordering from here. Such a waste of money!

We stop at Starbucks often for a break on our trips. This Starbucks has no seating and no restrooms. We’ll be finding other places to stop.

We are on a 12 hr roadtrip to NC. We have our 2 little guys with us - one of which had a potty emergency. The manager and the barista could tell that my 6 year old was struggling to hold his pee and there are no bathrooms?
We’ve stopped here in the past and were treated great. It’s Sunday morning, just before 8am in a tiny town. We were directed to go someplace I’ve never heard of to find a bathroom.
We have to drive down the road to let our child use the restroom in a town we are not familiar with and then return to order our coffee? I do t think I want to do that.
I work at a major bank with no public bathrooms but we use discretion when it comes to children, the elderly, and pregnant women. This is embarrassing for you all. Please do better in the future.
