They are going away from having people ring you up. The service is good but slower. Prices are still okay. Miss the restaurant feel of the place. Becoming more like just another fast food burger joint.

Steak n Shake, the burgers are delicious. We haven't had a disappointing meal at Steak n Shake. Their fries arw the shoelace fries. Didnt really care for tbem (they are cold when you get them). I prefer another side. Their chili is very good Our Dining experience was very good Jean R.

Bacon single stack burger was very delicious. Bacon was nice and cooked. They also modified my reese cup shake to a chocolate base instead of vanilla and it was delicious. All the staff was fantastic and super friendly.

Food was fantastic. Some staff great and others not that great. Please be aware that the serve staff only make tip based wages and bring extra for tips. Was not aware of this and felt bad as I only had a few ones on me. Would return again if in the area.

I don't know that name of the cook..(update I just called and asked Wayne food is better when you are there!!)but when he is there it's done right. You know the secret of good food is out when you have a range of ppl in your restaurant young teenagers, families, older ppl . Everyone was having a great time. No one likes the order your self menu take them out. It hurts customer service. Give the cook a raise and keep him!

They left my food setting out for 30 mins before giving it to me, the food was soggy and I was told by the manager that I would be getting a refund. It has been over a month and still no refund. I contacted corporate and they said they sent an email to the location owner who has yet to respond. Both managers were extremely rude to not only customers but also the poor workers. Every other worker was great.
