Went to This location for my first time today...the "manager" was sitting and on her phone. when we walked in she sighed and slowly made her way to take our order....she was hateful the entire time...when we went to pay I told her twice we wanted to make it a meal....which she still done wrong. I wanted to pay for my chips and she told me to just take them and rolled her eyes....I told her I was sorry if we were complicated and told her I hoped she had a better day...she yelled at me Stating she was nothing but nice and she didn't have an attitude....there was about 5 customers in line at this point. I asked for a manager and was astounded when she told me she was...definitely didn't look nor act like one! we will never be back at this location...

Wont be returning, went in to grab sandwich and was pretty shocked to see older female employee making sandwhics with no mask on. Sign said customers must wear to enter but I'm guessing employees are optional.

Probably my favorite Subway in the Huntington/Barboursville area. Well designed space with plenty of tables. The females and elder empolyees here are really nice and helpful.

One guy working and he took all the drive through orders while 5 people stood in line waiting. It was ridiculous and he was in slow motion. The line was getting longer and longer and he never offered to even attempt to take the customers inside the stores orders.

The last 2 times I've went here, I've had terrible service. I've told the people working how I want my sub and then they make it wrong. Just to avoid an argument and to get out of there I didn't say anything but to top it all today the manager was hateful to my wife and I honestly didn't understand why but I hope this subway gets better employees soon but until then I'll have to stick with a Big Mac from McDonald's.

Don't eat here. Not clean and employees are stupid. Especially the nite ones.
