Normally I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this is the second night in a row this taco bell has forgotten food in my order. Last night they forgot a potato soft taco and tonight it was a three cheese chicken flatbread melt. I wish I could say I'm surprised, but I'm not it's very common for this location to forget food in my order. It's so common that me and my husband have started using the Rt. 60 location off the 29th street exit even though it is further out of our way. It's frustrating to choose between either going to a convenient location or going out of our way an extra 5-10 minutes just to ensure that we get ALL the food we order and pay for. I wish the employees at this location were attentive to the job they're doing because how common of an issue this is is just ridiculous.

So I’m traveler trying to find fast food open at this time and when I see this Taco Bell and I go through the drive thru and they told us that they does not have meat. Just for not take our order, because she said that after we said what we want to ordered. I does not like to play with anybody works, but that’s insane. If you does not want to be to late working change work or shift. I will like a manager take an eye to that.

Genuinely the worst Taco Bell in the area. Slower than molasses, rude more often than not, and almost always manage to mess up my order, no matter what it is, when I go, or who is working. It's almost impressive how bad this one is. Either go to 29th St. or Milton and avoid this one like the plague.

Had to watch 4 kids stand around waiting for sn item to be prepared for 10 min instead of jumping to the next order they could fill. 15 min on a single taco with meat only. Maybe 20 sec order to fix!!!!

Every time i go here my order is always messed up, food is ALWAYS COLD, and service SUCKS!!! Definitely wouldnt go to taco bell in barboursville. Better off just to eat out the trash. They shut everything down WAY TO EARLY. the nacho fries are always ice cold. Sad. Only have one job and they dont care enough to do it

When I go in the drive through they always forget my twist like 3 times in a row. The girl at the window has her hoodie up and can barely see her face as it is. So sick of wasting money at this place!

This location has gone completely to crap. More than half the order was made incorrectly, as if they couldn't be bothered to read the screen. The nacho cheese for the chips and cheese was room temperature at best. Cheese unmelted on the quesadilla. Completely not worth the money any longer.
