Every time i go here my order is always messed up, food is ALWAYS COLD, and service SUCKS!!! Definitely wouldnt go to taco bell in barboursville. Better off just to eat out the trash. They shut everything down WAY TO EARLY. the nacho fries are always ice cold. Sad. Only have one job and they dont care enough to do it

No matter what this Taco Bell seems to mess up my order. Never polite about it either. DoorDash from them several times and either food is not there or the food is over cooked or not made right. When I go in the drive through they always forget my twist like 3 times in a row. The girl at the window has her hoodie up and can barely see her face as it is. So sick of wasting money at this place!

This location has gone completely to crap. More than half the order was made incorrectly, as if they couldn't be bothered to read the screen. The nacho cheese for the chips and cheese was room temperature at best. Cheese unmelted on the quesadilla. Completely not worth the money any longer.

I sat in the drive thru forever then when I finally got up to the window they said you had the ****** and I said no I had the ***** and sat forever again and my order wasn't big or hard to make. Then I get home which is in mason county and they forgot one of my tacos and the ones I did get looked like a child made em they wasn't even rolled up right and the paper wrapper wasn't even closed and stuff was everywhere all over the bag. I was shocked and very upset

Service was fine at first, waited a little no biggie… until we realized we didn’t get the cinnabon delights we ordered. went back through the drive through and told them, one guy said to his coworkers “there’s two balls in the drive thru” and gestured towards us. We get the cinnabon delights… open them and find a hair TIED AROUND one. ew
