I’ve watched the quality of their food and cooking crater over the last few months. When they first opened, I honestly got some good, fresh bowls but I can confidently say this is now one of the worst restaurants in the area. Expensive and often times inedible. No live customer support.

So I went here when they first opened and the food was terrible. The chicken was burnt and looked like pieces of coal. We had gotten the order to go so I called to complain once I got home. The staff was very rude and then proceeded to tell me they could not refund my money without my card. I drive all the way back returning the food which they didn't even look at and threw in the trash. Immediately after they said ok thanks. I asked dont you need my card? They reply no we see the order in our system it's been refunded. I was upset to say the least. Fast forward to a few days ago and I agreed to give this place another try. This time I got the steak due to the chicken being so bad last time. Well the steak is no better. It seriously looked like someone had cut up beef jerky and placed in the bowl. The steak was so then and over cooked it was pathetic. So after this it will be my last time ever going to this place.

One of my new favorite restaurants. The food is amazing. You also get a lot of food for the price you pay. The employees were also so nice and greeted me the second I walked in. Overall amazing experience and will definitely go back.

No cups to pour soy sauce. Rice was mushy. Chicken potstickers only had chicken and cabbage. No other veggies. Chicken eggroll had cabbage and chicken with 2 tiny shredded pieces of carrot. If no other veggies are included please just put chicken and cabbage. Tables are all dirty and we will not be back as this was our first time trying and it’s def not worth it.

Wasn’t greeted when I walked in. Food was horrible. I got the teriyaki salmon, it was burnt and dried out. The only thing I enjoyed was my drink. $24 wasted
