First time customer, I won't be back. I just spent over $12 for a Chicken Breast Teriyaki Bowl Junior Make it a power bowl only veggies. Chicken portion was fine but the vegetables, that's pathetic.

This is the best tasting, quality fast Asian food I've had. Chicken, fried rice, and broccoli were perfectly done and made to order. The teriyaki sauce was good, not too salty or sweet. The bowl and a drink was $18.xx and it is worth it.

Had been excited to eat there and love teriaki chicken. But the food was disappointing. The chicken was like burnt and seemed to taste like made on charcoal grill. But ok when i covered it with a bunch of extra teriakioff the table. But the rice was horrible an unfixable. I will give them that rice is hard to cook. Why I buy and fix only instant because I know my limitations. But I am not running a restaurant that serves rice in virtually every meal... you would think they would be decent at it. Truly this was the worst made rice i have had in my life. Honestly, even I could do better than the big sticky starch ball that was formerly rice they served. We ate in the dining area instead of take out. The People working were nice and friendly. There is unlikitedbpepsi products and I had a spill of a drink while there and they helped take care of it with a smile. We enjoyed the music they had playing there and everything. We used an introductory code in the app so between the 2 of us that went, we got a free bowl to for just starting out using the app. But when the day is done it was still overpriced for what they gave us and the food was not prepared well. Later on the way home hours later, we stopped at number one kitchen on the west end to go... got a meal for 2 that was much better had more food and cost less than this place was even using the coupon (but no drinks and they do not have dine in, but the food was way superior.). May have been an off day for them or something teriaki maddness, but Doubt if will return. Basically Very disappointed in the food quality and price could have been better. For what it is worth the teriaki bowl at other places like hot head burritoes in portsmouth or even the jack In the box in Phoenix az have much better teriaki bowls and they are not even teriaki or oriental places!

I will never go to Teriyaki Madness again. We paid $70 and the food was inedible. We couldn’t event tell them because they kicked us out. We were there 20 minutes before they closed. At no time did they tell us we couldn’t eat in the dinning area when we were ordering. I had both my kids with me and we all had to eat in the truck. They didn’t even give us all our food. They also didn’t give us a receipt. I’ve eaten there before and the food was good. It was a big letdown and gross this time. I will never ever go back.

First time eating here yesterday but ive always heard mixed reviews so thought id finally try them out. The service was immaculate with a blonde guy who I assume was a manager making food recommendations, checked on me while I was eating and even gave me a coupon for the next visit. I had the Teriyaki Steak cooked in their Mad Sauce (supposedly their hottest) on white rice. It was really good, was expecting spicier but still good. The egg roll that came with was good but kind of burnt so I only ate two bites worth. The restaurant was clean and looked ready for a lunch rush, everything was well stocked and organized. The food was abit pricey in comparison to taste so its not my first pick to eat at but wouldnt turn it down and will still recommend it.

I ordered delivery via their website. It took them 2 hours to deliver it to me even though I live 5 minutes away from the restaurant. The food was ice cold and the edamame were cold, soggy, and whoever prepared them threw several handfuls of sea salt on top of them once they were in the take out box. They completely disgusting and inedible. The Orange Chicken wasn't better. It was extremely salty as well and arrived ice cold. I won't be ordering from this establishment again.
