This was by far the absolute WORST Waffle House my family & I had ever been to. We stopped here for dinner on our way home from a family outing & I really wish we had not. We sat at the booth for well over 15 min. before anyone would acknowledge us or even come to our table. When the waitress with the pink hair finally did come, she was rude and complaining of other customers. Food was awful! My family and I frequent there often and it’s never been so bad. The waitress was more concerned sitting at the bar talking about her baby daddy and his domestic violence charges than waiting on the tables. Never once asked if we need anything. Our order was incorrect but was unable to resolve that because we were ignored. They don’t take phone orders, when you call you CAN NOT speak to a human. It’s an automated message redirecting you to Waffle House .com and then HANGS UP! I had to drive there to place the to go order and then wait around 20 minutes for it when I was THE ONLY customer in the place. I was charged for 2 choc chip waffles and received no chocolate chips on my waffles after specifically asking them if they got the chocolate chips.
