We order on line ,left and was there in ten minutes, they messed up on the order , it was simply 5 sandwiches and fries, how hard could that be, and the fries was old and cold , i was very disappointed Go else ethere I spent $48.00 The fries was brown , cold and old

customer service was not good between ordering the food to customer service at the window, messed up on my whole order. The only interaction that was okay when I talked to the supervisor on the phone.

Service not so good, the food is ok. Messed up my order, wasn't about to go back to try and correct 8t. I waited long enough for them t9 mess it up. Would have to wait twice as long for them to fix it.

Workers are not very professional and they will keep the lobby locked sometimes. Hate that I have to use the drive thru almost Everytime I eat there.
