Ordered 3 pizzas and cheesesticks. All 3 pizzas were wrong. Called for a refund. Told I had to bring the food back to get a refund. I live 40 mins away. Not happening. Instead I got a discount to use in the next 30 days. Won’t be used since we only order out like twice a year. Very disappointed.

Great food as always, staff were great as always. The dining area was spotless and the stained glass lamps are beautiful! My only complaint was the temperature - it was really cold in the dining area.

Got baked spaghetti but when l opened it, it was just regular spaghetti, no cheese. And it was cold even though they only took 15 minutes to get here. All of that would've been fine if it was really good, but it wasn't. I have genuinely had better at a school cafeteria. Bread was okay.

$90 and messed my food up. Called and talk to the manager was very rude and pretty much said tuff luck. Nothing he could do for me offered to send him a pic after he said multiple times he made the food and it was not wrong.
Wonderful sandwiches aka sliders. They are like submarine sandwiches. Very highly recommended!

Great food but horrible manager! I order the same thing quite frequently throughout the years, several times a year. A Stromboli with only cheese. Fairly priced and amazing. However, when I went to pick it up today I had a bizarre encounter. It came up on the screen as “garlic bread.” I asked if they had the right Emily and told them what I ordered. A man walked up and said yes it was the same thing but much cheaper for me. I opened the box and it was garlic bread with cheese on top. I said no this isn’t a Stromboli, he insisted it was the same thing. He wouldn’t make me what I ordered and started yelling at me and cussing. I just walked out. Unbelievable!
