Let me elaborate by saying this establishment is ran by “Thieves” DoorDash makes a loophole for this place to accept a ‘tip’ on the drivers behalf majority of the time it takes us dashers a hour long driving round trip to deliver the person there food the owner pockets the money and dispatches the driver and laughs at DoorDash drivers for delivering food and the dasher spending there own money on gas also putting wear and tear on there personal vehicle not commercial vehicle also no where in the restaurant does it say anything about them using DoorDash so basically the customer is always in shock when they see that it is a door dasher and not a employee from Bellacino’s so basically us door dashers deliver for free for them and they do this legally because DoorDash believes in a honor system that Bellacino’s would not just pocket the tip for the drivers and this is not made up there is many confessions from people that actually tipped and even showed that they gave a tip beings it was a hour long job but the owner of this establishment thinks that it’s okay to rob delivery drivers so if you support this establishment then you support theft and they are not the only restaurant that is exploiting this loophole on delivery drivers it is down right sickening & wrong!

Love this place. I first visited in the early 2000s and loved the pizza and sandwiches. Generous portions, fresh ingredients and friendly people. After living out of state for 20 years, I was happy to see the quality had changed! Still a go to place for me.

The grinders are to die for and unlike any other restaurants. Of course my husband prefers the steak grinder and it has become a favorite of mine as well. I am a big fan of their salads. Very welcoming staff and service.

Very disappointed in my experience this evening. We arrived at 8 and ordered and were also the ONLY customers there. We were told 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting, I went to the counter to check on our order and nothing was ready. 10 minutes later they arrive with the food. Mine, burnt to the tray completely, I asked for a refund. I was told they would have to take the food back, which fine, not that it was edible anyway. He drops it down in the trash can and proceeded to process my refund all while i can see the employees huddled in the kitchen whispering. This is a shame, considering this was a place my family loved.

Placed an order online 45 minutes before scheduled pickup. Upon arriving at the location my order not not even been started. No offer of a discount or anything.

We did take-out so I can't honestly comment on atmosphere but, considering how busy they are it must be great like their food. We were passing through, on our way to N.C. and stayed at Sleep Inn up the street. We had the Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Grinder (up north we call them subs). It was incredible. On our way home to Ohio, we stopped in Beaver-Beckley again and before we went to the hotel we stopped at Bellacino's for another grinder. This is now our stop over area and Bellacino's will be our place to dine. Check out their menu, sooo many dishes to choose from.
Very tasty sandwiches (mine was) I had A1 loaded. The owner or manager was fun to talk to. I intend to go back next time I'm around.

Haven't eaten here in years so I stopped and ordered a couple of pizzas. The Staff were Friendly and restaurant appeared clean. We found the pizzas to be No Better than convenience store Hunts pizzas but cost double the price!
