If you come here in a bad mood, you will feel worse. If you come here in a good mood, run this experiment- order a royal brownie blizzard. You will always leave disappointed. They do not care. Just go to the Harper Rd location; it's never worth your time to stop here. They will, without fail, make you the wrong blizzard every time you go here. I have tried stopping here a dozen times over the past 2 years. If you need a good cry or a hearty laugh, come here expecting good service.

Lots of employees but no one cleaning up. Young man that waited on us was very nice but our blizzards (4 for >$23) were like milkshakes. DQ needs to just stop selling blizzards if the employees can't make them. No Blizzard should be handed to a customer wet and soupy. The price is too high for the products but when they are NOT frozen then its even more of a money issue. Many dirty tables were seen as we entered.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. We have had food remade twice in maybe a month. And tonight I had food remade from earlier today, around 9:30. And I told the manager the issue with the food (we got chili dogs, a strip meal and pretzels with queso dip. The pretzels was hard as a rock, the hotdogs was cold, the strips was cold and hard) and the manager was very rude to me when I had walked in tonight, and said to her it had been a reoccurring thing and seemed as if we just wanted food. Me and my fiance both work at a restaurant so we know how that is, but definitely is not our case. If we pay for food we want it to be right and to be treated with respect. I definitely did not receive respect from the closing manager tonight she was very rude and told me if there is an issue every time we come here to go somewhere else. I will be calling corporate tomorrow over how terrible of an experience I have had! This is absolutely the worst place I have been to around beaver/beckley area. Food quality and hospitality wise! Highly do not recommend this area. MAY I ADD, the food that was remade tonight looked very sloppy and thrown together, also looked like it had been older food from earlier.. Shame on you, DO BETTER DQ IN BEAVER WV!!
