The cake we ordered for my parents 50th wedding anniversary was outstanding!!!! Everyone loved it. It was so good! We ordered almond flavored cake with raspberry preserve center and buttercream icing. The cake was so moist and full of flavor. My only suggestion would be to increase the raspberry a bit more. The cake was beautiful and truly tasty. I would highly recommend.

Wanted to place a custom cake order for a kid birthday Memorial Day Weekend 2025. Would/could not do a 3-tier 10” “Minecraft Creeper” square cake with layered filling, for specifics.
Extremely poor customer service and phone etiquette from “Selena”, when questioned by my wife why 3-tier layered design was not ultimately possible, but 2-tier unlayered was. Response was, “Because we don’t do it that way here.” When inquiring for other potential bakeries to potentially complete request, her response was “Maybe Walmart or Kroger can squeeze you in.” obviously knowing a grocery store bakery would not accept a custom request beyond a basic sheet/round cake.
Will give credit where it’s due to Kenzie, the owner, for trying to professionally rationalize why it’s not in their business model to not do a cake of that design.
Ultimately, we were able to find a baker in Fairmont that would complete cake size, design, and layered filling within deadline.
In conclusion, will not attempt another custom order here at this business due to the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to provide constructive feedback from aforementioned staff member.
