Came in around 8:30 pm 8/16 with my family and received some of the best service I’ve had at any establishment I’ve dined in at. Shout out to the crew for the great hospitality they showed!

Everybody that works here is very nice and friendly. We ordered a 20 piece chicken bucket and 9 sides. They had our food ready in 6 minutes. Great job team! Y'all rock!

Food is good. Many incorrect orders. Wait time to get the food tonight is unbelievable long!!!!!! Workers need to take pride in their work ethic or should stay at home

Went through the drive thru, started as no white meat, had trouble hearing so asked if could come to wondow to which they said yes, drove to the window. The pink haired chic was very rude and inconsiderate, when we were asking about the waffle meal box she said she had someone else to help and slammed the window shut. Went in to place order and all of a sudden they have no waffles. Will probably not return due to attitude and inconsideration of the pink haired lady working the window.

2nd time I've been there that they don't have enough original recipe chicken made, 30 min wait in restaurant, everything was sticky in the dining area.The girl who took order came out and apologized, gave us apple pies that were not browned and greasy. We could hear staff argue,staff stating people were lazy and didn't want to cook for themselves! They ran out of other kinds of chicken that other people were ordering while we were waiting, chicken was hot when we got it but rubbery and very oily, greasy, the biscuits and coleslaw were good,mashed potatoes ok, but I think I'll go to Beckley next time

We ordered chicken livers for dine-in. It took 30 minutes to get them out. Then they brought our food out in a bag. My partner decided to eat, but I lost my appetite and left. KFC has gone downhill. Lesson learned! Took the hit of $8.50+ dollars. At least I got a drink.
Worst customer service, ordered food and waiting 30 min only one employee that was clocking in would help me . This place need to be shut down. Very rude staff not a good place to eat.
Kentucky Fried Chicken just told me I'd have to wait on chicken because it was being made on an as needed bases ☠️🤣
Disorganized-our order was lost, they did not have enough cooked food ready. Untimely our order was givin 40 minutes to pick up and it took another 40 minutes to receive. The
counter guy was absolutely clueless about our order and what to do to help. Several customers left when the found out that this store didn't have any food to sell to customers.
I honestly didn't know how this location is still open.

The employees were absolutely rude and very unwelcoming. I had accidentally placed the wrong drink on my order and when I went back to see if I may be able to exchange it and I heard a lady say over the speaker “figure out your drink” and when I proceeded to pull up to the window the attitude given was ridiculous. Worst customer service Iv experienced in a while.
Man the prices shoot up but the portion sizes shrink faster. For 20$ They gave me a chick, not a chicken. The drumsticks are smaller than the wings at Buffalo, and that's really sad. last time im eating here, for sure.

The food has went down since opening. The service is a bunch of kids that don't really care to work. Your orders are not right. Or they forget to give you something that you bought. The last time was about a week ago ordered dinner for 2. Stood in line and waited 25 to 30 minutes for them to take my order. Once my order was complete, it was another 45 minutes before I'd had enough. I wanted to get my money back and leave. And the manager tried to get smart about give me my money back was.
Mad Because she failed as a manager was not present until refund.
