I ordered AHEAD of time to AVOID waiting FOREVER!!! I sat in traffic for 15 extra minutes because of construction!!! That’s the ENTIRE reason I ordered online because I was going to be sitting in traffic and didn’t want to have to sit and wait for the food, so WHY NOT, right?!? I’m literally sitting in the lobby a FULL 50 minutes after I placed the order online!!! Did they have to CATCH, KILL, CLEAN and cook the chicken because….dang y’all!!!! I’m so glad I don’t have to do door dash in this area because I don’t think I’d have the patience for this nonsense!!!

Went through the drive through for dinner , ordered 2 two piece meals with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy . There wasn't much to it id at least like to not still be hungry as soon as I get done eating and of course there were no straws,napkins or plastic ware in the bag.I know you don't get much for your money these days but for $20 at least give me a few napkins with my greasy chicken

Waited 50 minutes for my 8 pc family meal I called ahead to order. The manager took and packed my order. I got to my car, it was the original recipe not the extra crispy that I had ordered over the phone. When I returned the bucket to the front counter, the young man tried to put it back into the warming cabinet to serve to other customers. I told him that Food safety rules prohibited him from doing that since I took the chicken out of the restaurant- that’s when the manager chimed in and said “ no you can’t do that”.Four customers waiting at the front counter 20 minutes I stood there, and none of them were greeted or served. Another gentleman was parked because they were waiting on his french fries. He came in and said he’d been waiting 20 minutes. The man arrived for his DoorDash order. It wasn’t ready for pick up either.Did I mention that all of my biscuits were absolutely raw dough inside?

I DoorDashed my grandchildren nearly $100 in food by ordering them a 16-piece bucket and sides. They didn't get a single breast in the bucket and it was mostly legs. They only got one biscuit. The 12-piece nuggets were tiny! Talk about shrinkflation! I was infuriated for my grandkids.

It was okay, the thing is they missed the majority of the items we ordered and replaced them with things we didn't want. Made some not so happy customers. Check the bag please when you go to this place, but KFC, it would be much better if you did it so your buyers wouldn't have to. ?
