Anytime I’ve visited the drive thru, the Beaver, WV McDonald’s takes a long time requiring us to park over 10 minutes before the food is brought out to the car.

I’ve had nothing but issues at the beaver McDonald since the only manager who knew what she was doing and actually cared about customer satisfaction Michelle was wrongfully terminated after being there YEARS. I’ve been over charged them refused a product by one manager Alicia then was cussed at by Patty for simply asking for my drink to be done in the back because they do not clean the lobby drink machine she proceeded to tell me “it’s the same damn hose in the lobby or the front! Then last week my delivery was short 5 hashrounds $15 I let it go an jus said forget it today I get my order again short 5 hashrounds this time I say something an the manager KIM laughed at me told me it’s not her problem call DoorDash. She didn’t even try to fix the problem offer me a refund or offer for me to even pick it up! I literally had to call corporate to simply get my money back that was owed! After they get me out of character an I say a few choice words then I’m in the wrong and they just let the phone ring off the hook to avoid me! Shawn an Allison please know who’s running your stores because I can guarantee you’ve seen a drop in sales!
