Alisha the “manager” sucks so bad, she’s rude and deserves to be flipping burgers. The store is supposed to be grills on 430 rdy to go at 5, the store is never rdy before 530 without having to drive around the building and knock sit at the drive through (for them to not even just say hello please wait a min), the order is wrong 7/10 times and she’s always trying to “ban” someone.

Ordered at 10:10 and out of biscuits and gravy. Had to go in for refund. Such an awful place, was out of big mac hamburgers last week at 6 in the evening. How does a burger place run out of burgers? Wake up managers!!

If you like McDonald's this one is a good choice. They're fast and friendly. I rarely have issues with my food during the earlier daytime hours. Just be sure to check your food in the evening. The guy usually working the first window with the black nail polish named Jeremy isn't very friendly. I always tell him thank you & he always just looks at me like I'm stupid. Other than that I've got no complaints.

I’m telling you go farther into Beckley or whatever is closest to you. This is the worst ran restaurant in the area. They constantly screw up food. The restaurant isn’t clean. And they have openly supported SO.

11/30/2025 Y'all messed up this morning. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Had no egg and biscuit was dry and seemed as though it was a day old. You're about to lose an every day customer!

Order a Big Mac meal the bun was old so dry it was crumble apart and I ordered a chicken sandwich meal got home no Deluxe chicken sandwich and it was the one cost the most and went back down the other day and employee rolled there eye's at me they can just be down right rude and they always forget something like i got 4 chicken nugget happy meals got home once with no nuggets that kid was upset I guess it's Wendy's drive thru next time

It's like going to waffle House but it's McDonald's. Do you all have a manager? Cause every employee screaming at another and I've been waiting over 15mins for nuggets and fries. Corporate please read this and send HELP!
