My friend does door dashing! Watch out for a older short lady and wears her hair in a pony tail and it's long,she won't put in the system that you picked the order up when you did and will cause all kind of issues and if I could give minus 10 star I would on this lady cause she isn't professional at all and when he went in to get the order the only she was concerned about was smoking her cigarette!!!! He will never dash from that location again

Absolutely most horrible experience from staff ... last week I got delivery pizza hut app told me my pizza had been delivered ... waited 5 mins then called a very snotty gal told me yep I marked it that way I said I Don't have my pizza she then tells a co worker to talk to me because she is going to cause me out if he doesn't take the call. My pizza finally showed up 15 min later.. today I tried again (due to remodeling or kitchen) this time I picked it up. This time snotty gal rolls eyes while handing me food and as I walk out says see you get your food faster if you pick it up.

I love Pizza Hut it’s my favorite they always know my order as a regular Shawn is a great manager he is nice
Again DoorDash gives these places way too much power into letting them accept tips for delivery drivers and they never give that tip to them they pocket it at the end of every shift there drawer is over drawn and there is nothing that a dasher can do about this but wait until DoorDash fixes there policy and this has been going on for years now they should be sued there’s no such thing as a honor system this is not China this is legal embezzlement from a company due to DoorDash lack of responsibility and greedy people that do not have morals for others in there own community because it is not wear and tear on there own personal vehicle & it is not there gas and time spent so this is just legal theft

Ordered 2 melts off line and I have never gotten a melt that tasted that good. I couldn't have eaten anything better from any restaurant in Beaver. My hat goes off to Shawn the Manger because he's the one that fixed my order. So if you know that Shawn is working you know that you are going to get the best food ever.Thank again
