I ordered a "Dave's Triple." After getting my meal I realized it was only a single. I don't usually complain, but I also realized later that my burger was not square. I'm seriously left wondering where my burger was from and why I received it out of a Wendy's drive through window. I'm actually disturbed a bit and would like an explanation.

i watched The female manager Neveah Burns call a young boy probably about 17-18 years old retarded while i was waiting in line with my food . if that is the type of leadership and person you are hiring you might as well throw your customer service out the window . that was truly sad to see . that boy looked upset .

I've eaten here lots of times, and it's always good service, short wait times, good food.The only weird thing is the men's room: there's a toilet and a urinal with no stall or divider? I guess technically two really good friends could go at the same time? I mean, if it's a single occupancy restroom, why have both?

For the past 2 nights I have stopped at this location. For the past 2 nights the young lady taking my order (not sure if it’s been the same person) has been rude. I’ve always thought the ones taking the drive thru orders there rush you and have no people skills. I understand they have to keep the drive thru moving along but they could be a little nicer.

Learn to send the correct order out the window the only thing that's ever hot is the the employees attitudes and the Fries ?Dietary restrictions: Lady was extremely rude because I ordered extra lettuce no buns when I got the chicken sandwich it had a bun so I went back through the drive-thru told them it had a bun and when I got to the window the girl did not realize she did not shut the window completely and asked how the f*** is she going to eat it without a bun. I not really her business and definitely not how to speak at a place of employment

everytime i get any food from here, it’s always wrong. no matter if it’s dine-in, drive thru, pickup, or doordash delivery. i doordashed a chicken sandwich meal, and on the chicken sandwich, i specifically asked for it to be plain. however, i got the sandwich and it was covered in mayonnaise. i called the restaurant and they were nothing but rude to me, which isn’t the first time. they never even offer a replacement item when the mistake wasn’t even my fault. poor customer service skills on all parts.
