How do you wait in the drive through line for 46 minutes here and go home with chicken nuggets and French fries that were made last week? If I could give this dump minus ten stars I would. But the site wont let me.

It’s been 25 minutes since I pulled through their drive thru and was told to park in spot 1 to wait for fries. I have a screaming infant in the back of my car. This was supposed to be “fast food”. There is no long line here, staff is just incompetent apparently.

Do your self a favor wait go 5 minutes down the highway to the city. Don't use this McDonald's. They parked every single car they got they had every space and the parking lot next door filled. They made us wait they our food wasn't even hot. Fries weren't filled properly just tossed together. So why did I wait ? The girl at the speaker seemed uninterested in her job could bother to open the window to ask/give me my receipt.

Stopped by to get French Vanilla latte and was told they don't have it when the menu showed it. When I asked the associate, they sounded surprised that they have it on the self ordering kiosk and took time to find it on their screen.
Once ordered, it took forever to get the latte. Took a good 10-15 mins for it to be ready.

Would like to Thank the Employees at this McDonald's We was traveling home from a great vacation and my son was hungry and we decided to stop there well his stomach was bothering him so before we went up to order we went into the bathroom and he came out and got sick on the floor in the Breezeway, I went back to tell the employees about it and he followed and then proceeded to get sick again by the trashcan and the staff was very professional and courteous about the whole situation. If I ever travel that way again I will defiantly be stopping at that McDonald's, Thank you for making a bad situation good.

They forgot our fries and when we went in to get them they just starred at us. They finally gave them to us but my goodness get off your phone and pay attention.

It's clear this crew is working hard to improve times and customer service in general, and I'm sure I'm not the only one thankful for their efforts.

I have to say I'm proud of and thankful for all the improvements I've seen here. None of it would be possible without this crew's hard work and dedication to the brand we've all loved for a long while - thank you for all your hard work and for being awesome.

All advertisement states dining room open at 5am, at 545am i had to go to the windows to ask why we could not enter the dining room and they stated it could not be opened until the managers shift at 630 am...bad business.
