Honestly, the customer service could be better for some of these employees. I feel like I’m arguing just to order my food. “WHAT ELSE” There’s no thank you.. they’re ready to just get you away from them so they can stand around and not do anything. I literally had to call and let the employee working know that someone was in lane two because I sat there and waited after four cars in lane one went thru just to order my food. Girl on the phone didn’t seem too happy that I called, but I really wasn’t rude at all, I just thought I’d give a heads up was all. Food is good, but if you’re looking for friendly, I wouldn’t recommend.

The price of a bacon egg and cheese sandwich is way higher than the price of corporate price, the corporate price is $2.50 the price at Quincy McDonlds is $4.29 now that’s price of taking advantage of the people in that area in so many ways and what a way to CHEAT the good people of the people who eat there sad to say it’s what you get from franchise buyers

A question for corporate: Young management within your stores start out great, fast friendly service. After about 6 months, management faces change and their respective store becomes slow with poor service. I have noticed this trend in the Charleston and Logan WV areas. Years ago this trend was the norm in the Roanoke VA area. Personally, I have many years of experience in restaurant and institutional food services. So my question is, what's up? It seems as if you put the brakes on new store managers after about 6 months. The store starts gaining a poor reputation until someone else new comes along. The golden arches have been around for a long time but your reputation for good family food and fun is on a downward spiral.

Slow service workers talking crap about customers. Lobby dirty and very bad attitude. But for there not being much to eat around here you kind of have to deal with it.

Drive thru. Ordered 2 hashbrowns and 2 small caramel frappes. Hashbrowns came directly to car. Had to pull up and wait on frappes. Waited 7 minutes. Otherwise my kids were happy with the end result.

Tonight is the final straw. I've had night shift outright refuse to hand me my food before even though I paid for it and basically begged them for it. They've had my food come out completely wrong. Tonight though, y'all brought me my food out completely cold. It's August, sure it's a lil chilly here in WV...BUT it ain't THAT chilly. This location will NEVER get our money on ANY shift again. I hope y'all get your act right for everyone else's sake. It's rickdiculous.

Worst customer service and food in Virginia would not recommend going there that manager was way out of line they f***** our food up two full cars of people over $50 in food and get it was not willing to make it right even though it was their fault
