Honestly, the customer service could be better for some of these employees. I feel like I’m arguing just to order my food. “WHAT ELSE” There’s no thank you.. they’re ready to just get you away from them so they can stand around and not do anything. I literally had to call and let the employee working know that someone was in lane two because I sat there and waited after four cars in lane one went thru just to order my food. A question for corporate: Young management within your stores start out great, fast friendly service. After about 6 months, management faces change and their respective store becomes slow with poor service. I have noticed this trend in the Charleston and Logan WV areas.
