The two young men through the drive thru tonight were just beyond sweet. I wish I would have gotten their names but everytime I come through and one of them are working it is the best experience. I just wanted to brag on them they truly deserve it! I believe one is red head with glasses and the other has dark longish hair. š„°āŗļø

From the moment I walked into Taco Bell(e), I knew something special was about to happen. But nothing could have prepared me for the pure joy that came from placing my order with Matt, the cashier. His energy? Immaculate. His professionalism? Unmatched. The simple act of him taking my order felt like a warm hug wrapped in the efficiency of a five-star concierge. I didnāt just feel like a customerāI felt like royalty.
Then came the food. My chicken quesadilla? Absolutely divine. The cheese melted like a dream, the chicken was seasoned to perfection, and each bite felt like a celebration of flavor. Paired with an ice-cold Mountain Dew, it became a culinary symphony I didnāt know Taco Bell(e) was capable of composing.
To say I enjoyed myself would be a dramatic understatement. Thank you, Matt, for turning a casual food run into a genuinely unforgettable experience. Iāll be backāagain and again!

I had a great experience at Taco Belle (with the e at the end) thanks to the amazing service from the cashier, Matt. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a genuine smile and a friendly attitude that instantly made the visit more enjoyable. He was patient, helpful with the menu, and made sure my order was correct down to the last detail. You can tell he really cares about giving good service, which made a big difference. It's not every day you come across someone who brightens your day just by doing their job wellāTaco Belle is lucky to have him!

My husband went thru the drive thru tonight and was thoroughly impressed with Matthew. He was very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. My husband said he wishes everyone was this pleasant to interact with. āHe was in tune with his star player!ā He deserves a gold star and a atta boy for sure! Other employees should take notes.

All I can say about fast food is I'm thankful I get my food? I did, but every time I have gone to taco bell, the order has been wrong and i've tried to call, and nobody answers it just rings and rings and rings and rings, and then the managers look at you stupid, like you don't know what you're talking about
Teenage children run the store. They are rude and always want to give u a coupon for a free taco when orders are messed up. You can never find an adult to speak to. They never get your order right, and most of the time there are things missing from your order.
DO NOT GO HERE FOLKS!!!! This place is horrible. We live here and have go to this Taco Bell because we donāt have any others. The employees here cannot and I mean cannot follow simple directions. Thereās never enough taco meat, food items wonāt be made right regardless how you request them, food will be soaked with meat liquid. Your order is guaranteed to be messed up every-time you go here. If you stop here to get food, we told you so.

Went through the drive through at 2340 E. Dupont Ave. Belle, WV 25015, about 30 minutes before they closed. The 2 guys working the drive through were incredibly rude. One of them flipped my girlfriend off, and when confronted about doing so, acted like he wanted to fight. The food was very poorly made, and the overall atmosphere was not at all welcoming. I would very highly suggest that they fire the 2 guys working drive through on Sunday, January 26th at 11:30 p.m. before they cause bigger problems for the company. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
