This the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too I order a chalupa box w Ik th a strawberry freeze I want led to eat at at home so I waited when I got home I had 3 hard shell tocos no sauce and no napkins I called the store to let them know and I’m still calling the girl name is Emily that took my order I decided to record cause this is crazy they picked up the phone twice and hung up

If they hadn't replaced my order from 3 weeks ago when I called them to complain about the food being soggy and they messed up the order. So they got 3 stars to date.
They always ask if I need hot or mild sauce and even though I say yes they never put it in the bag nor do they ever give napkins. I always have to go back if I don't remember to ask for them before pulling out of the drive thru.TB prices have gotten ridiculous for the quality of the food they serve.

The food stinks. It's put together awful, one dollop of sour cream and a tiny piece of chicken. Sad.Nothing on the menu is good. You would think if you dined that they would do a little better. NOT.Employees All PARK AT THE CLOSEST SPOTS TO THE DOORS. INCLUDING THE HANDICAP ♿️ PARKING.Parking: The employees park at every slot next to the doors, and they park in the handicap slots ♿️.Also employees have visitors stay there for ever.
