I absolutely love the subway over in Big Birch. It's a small little shop, but the workers are the best. They talk to you like they have known ya forever and make wonderful sandwiches. I try to eat over there a few times a month and I just love this store, thanks to all that have waited on me and made good conversation with me over the past few years or so. Great sandwich shop for sure.
We are here on our trip from North Carolina and the food was really good. Everything was fresh and the manager was really knowledgeable about the ingredients, also provided great customer service and checked on us during our meal to see if we needed anything else. Will be back

I've always gotten good sandwiches from here. the Outlaw to be precise but today I got that and asked for a cup of Ice Water. The lady then started talking about certain toppings to have toasted which distractes me from the fact the water costede a full soda price. What a way to get your tip for those who don't tip at Subway including me. You stole money from me and had the nerve to say water has never been free and the cups aren't either. I understand it full soda price, really?!. Then she had the nerve to say, sir you bought water, not soda...well if I'm paying soda price, I'm getting a soda. This shady service will have me going somewhere else.

I ordered a #23 , other than the bread herbs and cheese was hard and stale, the rest of the sandwich was very good. This was the first time this location wasn't on point.
