Had a horrible experience got off of work took wife out to dinner and didn’t even get our drinks till almost an hour and then wait another 35 mins for food and didn’t get silverware till 10 mins after we got our food and it got nasty

Food was good. Our waitress was great. There were kids across from us that screamed the entire time. That was annoying. The way you have to pay on machine at table sucks. I'd prefer to hand my card to the waitress.

On today’s date, Saturday, August 2, 2025 @ 2 pm, I had scheduled a gathering of siblings and family of my husband because he requested to see his siblings. At Apple Bee’s in Bluefield Va., I want to thank the management team and our waitress Ashley C., who is very outstanding with professional customer service. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we’re planning another gathering of siblings before Christmas 2025. My husband and I enjoy going to this Apple Bee’s in Bluefield Va. It’s an awesome place to have gatherings with family and friends !!!

The food wasn't as great as I expected. It tasted like it was straight out of a can; yet our server JoJo was exemplary, kind, and efficient and was the best part of our experience and deserves a raise.

Ordered two hamburgers well done, fries, corn dog and mozzarella cheese sticks. The burgers were greasy and pink inside, the corn dog was cold. The fries and the mozzarella sticks were good, service and atmosphere were ok and everyone was nice. Brought the food home and cooked it. First time I haven't gotten good food there 😞
These people know how to cook the perfect steak. Highly recommend! Excellent food and service

I went there this afternoon and all I'm gonna say is that it was awful we got 2 burgers that were RAW we were there for an hour waiting for drinks when we got our drinks we had to wait another 30 mins on getting our order in then our server was very disrespectful when we asked for our burger to be sent back because they were RAW I wish we would of had a better experience but we didn't I don't recommend.
