The atmosphere in Bob Evans Bluefield feels like a cafeteria. I am not a fan of cafeterias, they remind me of being in a communist country where everything is rationed. And, in my opinion, the food is bland. Sorry Simar. I have a good friend who cooks at this location.

Took about 20 mins to even order, they were not busy either, then an additional 40-45mins I asked waitress to check on food. She went and brought it right out. It had been sitting back there long enough to be ice cold. Party of 4 all cold food. The waitress was also intoxicated. Went up front told a waitress what was going on and that we was not eating cold food and was not waiting any longer for it to be redone. We left. Will never be back.

Bob Evans has it going on. We have ate a few on our vacations and they have NEVER been disappointing. Food is always good. Order is always right. Food is fresh. We have had great waitresses.
My family and I come here almost every week. It’s one of the few places in Princeton we go to because it is clean, the staff are always kind and attentive and the food is always good. We almost always request Amber as our waitress because she is AMAZING, so kind and she always remembers us! But honestly there isn’t a bad waitress or waiter there.
It’s also a great place for our toddler, not to quiet and good options for food for kids. They also have color pages available for children.
Even when they are busy on the weekends, we’ve never had problems, one of the better restaurants in the Princeton area.

Our waitress was terrible, she would check on all her other tables except us, and we were right beside them. I guess they were regulars. We asked for milk & OJ with our food. We were half way thru our meal before we got those, and the OJ tasted like orange water. The pancakes & sausage links were pretty good. The hash browns were burnt. Can't even believe they served them!
