People usually come on here and leave negative reviews after one bad experience. However, I’m leaving one because of repeated bad experiences. Not because of the food, or the attitude of the people there; I’ve never really had a problem with either of those. My problem is that whenever I place a pickup order, I’m left standing there for 10-15 minutes while my food sits there waiting to be bagged. Even then, sometimes it is bagged and sitting there ready to go and nobody cares to even ask why I’m there, what I need help with, or anything. I feel like I could be laying there dead on the floor and nobody would acknowledge that I was there. It’s actually THAT bad.

I don’t know if they are understaffed, or if they actually don’t give a shit if I needed anything or not. Either way, I cannot stand going there and having to wait 10-15 minutes for my food which is just sitting there waiting for someone to give it to me.

It’s not that hard to turn around and say “hey, what are you here for?” Or “do you have an order, sir?” Come on. It’s ridiculous. And it’s not like they’re ever that busy to where no one could be spared to help me. Most of the time I have gone there’s maybe two or three cars in the drive-thru, and people sitting who have already received their food and are eating. And for some reason I keep going back expecting it to be different and that I’ll actually get my food in a timely manner, only to be let down and ignored every single time.

My advice if you’re considering placing a pickup order: make sure you have plenty of time to spare, because the workers aren’t in any sort of hurry to help you.

Only reason for 2 stars is the food was good. The young girl at the window had a bad attitude. She couldn't hear what we wanted at the intercom, had us pull up... STILL got our order wrong and acted like it was an inconvenience to correct our order when we took it in to correct it. She was ride at the drive through... after pulling up like she said she took our money, slammed the window,told us our total, slammed the window, took her a solid 2 minutes to give us 7 cents which we wasn't worried about but I took it because of her rudeness. She definitely didn't want to be there. Sis probably still had a good 6 hours left lol. She just was not friendly. Could have been nerves idk. She could probably be a good worker but needs better communication skills and to not move like a sloth. Not going back and not just because of her.. but the entire place was overall a not friendly vibe and you could hear a mouse pee on cotton. Awkwardly quite.

The food was fresh and the drive through was fast. The young lady taking orders is always super nice and happy I think her name tag said avatar something lol I went threw mid day I stop there a few times a week they haven’t let me down yet good job guys

I never made it to order..I set in drive thru this morning at 7:45am to 8am when I left. No response..while a employee stood outside and smoked and stared at everyone in line..no one at window when I left without ordering. If it is do to short staffed then maybe should close during morning so that people who are going to work and school won't be late..afterall we are what helps pay your alls paychecks. No skin off your back im sure but I won't be back at all.

Food was great. The service was very polite and stayed communicating with us the few mins of wait time we had. Which wasn't longer than 3-4 mins. Only gave 4 on the food instead of 5 because the onion rings were kinda hard and cold. Other than that we had a great experience!

Sat in drive thru atleast 30 minutes. Get to the window and was greeted with horrible customer service. When we asked for them to please make sure the extra sauces (that we paid for) in the bag the young lady snarled her nose at us and rolled her eyes. Horrible customer service at this place!
