We drove from Tazewell to get dinner. We went through the drive through. It's was when we got homes we realized that the food was awful. The fish was old. We paid for extra fish That we DIDN'T get. We only had 1 hush puppy.Y'all had one job, and you dropped the ball.I think You save the awful fish for the drive through. *I guess this is why people check the food before leaving the line.THANKS FOR BLOWING WHAT WOULD HAVE OTHERWISE BEEN A WONDERFUL EVENING.You won't be in business long. People can't trust you to honor your word. It is no longer, A GREAT LITTLE SEAFOOD PLACE.

My dad, sister, and I went there for lunch today. My sister and I got our food, but my dad got the wrong food. He told the lady about it but he never did get what he ordered. He eventually just ate the wrong got after waiting at least 20 - 30 mins for his food. This is very disappointing.

Poor food quality could not even eat it, 3rd time having a bad experience here but it's a small town and the only fish place. I wish I had just gone hungry It wasn't worth the effort or trouble. If I could give 0 stars I would terrible and I don't recommend. It would be a better use of space for a local restaurant.

Left the stuffed crabs out of our deluxe seafood platter. Garlic shrimp were greasy.
I went through the drive thru for 2 simple dinners,nothing complicated. The least busy time of the day,Total wait time was 32 minutes. No apology or anything...I gave it 2 stars because the food was good, but the service was absolutely horrible.. I'll find another place for food before I sit 32 minutes in a drive thru lane.The area director of Captain D's reach out by email and assured me that the problems are being corrected. So with that being done,I understand that every place has "bad" days. I will be revisiting Captain D's again,and keep everyone updated about the service..
