Only served 1 customer in 10 minutes of waiting because the one and only cashier socializes with guests. Line only got slower as other employees joined in on the conversation. Lots of people standing around talking while no one gets served.

We called here because we were told the food was good The food when ordering needs to be explained more as what came wasn't what they said ie fries etc the food took a long time to come and my order was cool not warm one order was wrong so sent back but still came back the same so either the cook/chef is deaf or just lazy and didn't want to remake a BLT ! disappointing

Signature member here. Massive complaint with the mobile ordering. Here lately almost every time I order dine in table service my food gets left on the counter and I'm not aware of it. This time I ordered 3 milk shakes for table 1 and my shakes sat at the counter for 20 mins melted before a worker made me aware of it. Please if you are gonna offer dine in table service make sure you bring the order to the table.
