The food is severely overrated, and you will have to empty your coffers in order to purchase a meal. It is utterly ridiculous.

Easter Sunday and it was 4/20. Place was packed inside and in the drive through. I ordered $100 for the family and kids. It was a home run. Order was perfect and food was great!

The person working the drive thru was extremely rude for no reason, they kept cutting me off mid sentence. And since when does a chili cheese dog have mustard and onions on them? Terrible experience all around.

It really saddens my heart that this Dairy Queen is going downhill so fast. I love Dairy Queen but the last few times I’ve went the food has been bad and the order was wrong. Someone please save this place.

Food is never good anymore , always waiting over 20 minutes for some food. Don't know what happened in the past week or two but whatever you did before do it again. You also have rude employees and managers who just scream at each other while trying to take orders. Maybe if they stopped screaming long enough they could absolutely do their jobs properly.

Tried to order the VIRAL cookie crunch items and the employees said that “we dont don’t do TikTok trends per the owner”. I told them I was willing to pay whatever but then they said they didn’t sell their topping by itself. If I want to spend 4 dollars on a small cup of toppings then that’s my dumb decision. You make profit either way DQ, get with the program.

This would be the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. I ordered large and I got maybe 15 fries in a cup this place is not worth even stopping in drive a little further and get something elsewhere overcharged At a privately owned establishment, not to mention, the employees were smacking each other on the rear end with things they make your food with kissing on each other‘s body while working completely unprofessional even for a Dairy Queen nobody seemed to know what they were supposed to be doing. The wrong items were handed and called something else.

We probably go here 2 to 3 times a month. Foods always great and fresh the atmosphere is nice and everything is clean. My only complaint about this place is whomever is taking ur order in drive thru literally cuts you off and talks over you. Half the time we can barely get out half an order and there cutting us off...and it's not just 1 or 2 certain employees it's literally every time we're there and always almost someone different. Totally not trying to throw shade at DQ we absolutely love the place and food just needs a little work in the customer service with drive thru. Overall great establishment! Totally recommend!

I would like to bring to someone higher up at Dairy Queen certain behaviors exhibited by Piper, the young manager at Dairy Queen, 3136 E Cumberland Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701, which may be inadvertently creating an unfavorable work environment for both customers and employees.

Specifically, Piper has been observed rushing customers and demonstrating inadequate communication skills. Additionally, there have been reports of Piper engaging in unhygienic practices, such as picking her nose. Furthermore, Piper’s disrespectful behavior toward employees has contributed to a hostile work environment.

In order to maintain a positive experience for our customers and employees, it is essential that we address these concerns with Piper. Providing her with the necessary training and support will enable her to fulfill her role effectively. Alternatively, reassigning Piper to a lower position within the organization may be a viable solution, or even terminating her employment.

Used to be our favorite place to eat but not only has service started slacking but so has the food & options. Ice cream is always a mess & now y’all shrunk the chicken strip basket to 3 and want us to pay way more to add extras! Y’all have definitely lost our business!
