Girl, I love slaw dogging it in you, but sticking around can be annoying because it tends to get loud - like a total DQ Blizzard about it.

We waited 20 minutes to even receiver order and once we got it it was missing the cheeseburger. I love Dairy Queen but this one is the slowest and most inefficient I've ever been to.

Dairy Queen was the most amazingly delicious ice-cream I've ever eaten in my life. The location in Bluefield W.Va. was so friendly and the service was amazing. Thank you everyone for treating my daughter and I so amazing.

Everytime I come to this place is more rudeness.. tried to use coupons that dairy Queen sent out. And they refused it. Then they forgot all we ordered. With extremely bad attitudes

So I come in to treat my two toddlers to some ice cream and a dude with bleached hair walks up to counter and says nothing. No “hi”, no “ hello, welcome in, how may I help you”, no anything. He actually doesn’t even look at me. After a minute of him just staring at piece of paper while holding a pencil I ask, “umm are you taking my order, or?”. He finally looks at me and just gives me a snooty look. It was very disrespectful.

I had requested to talk with a manager but another worker told me they had just left the building.

Several minutes later after we received our items and were eating a lady did come out and asked what happened and offered an apology. So I’ll bump the service stars up to 2 but the first person you encounter at any business should happily greet the guests instead of ignoring them.

Not only the staff are disrespectful and will be derogatory with people in the store, won’t ever get the orders right, and the food they serve, i wouldn’t give to my dogs to eat, especially since they were cooking beef and pork on one grill for a while, and not only the manager don’t care, neither does the owner(s).
