Last 3 times I’ve been here I’ve gotten the wrong things, while I understand things happen the employees are always rude about it. There’s only one nice employee I’ve seen there and I wish I knew his name to mention it in this review.

The food was the best thing..the wait was longer than expected,the cashier overcharged us by almost $10..no apologies,no thank you..The dining room was unclean. It wasn't that busy and had a lot of employees on shift,so I don't know what the problem was, but someone should have been cleaning the dining area.

Completely got my order wrong … gave me Coke instead of Diet Coke … single cheeseburger instead of a double cheeseburger …. Went back to the counter to get my order corrected and waited there for 10 minutes … didn’t get my order corrected because they were too busy

They use chicken dogs so the texture is bad. The chilli and grilled bun helps it, but it’s over priced. They don’t participate in the franchise so no deals or ordering on line. Too bad.

Been going to this DQ for awhile but the most recent visits wasn't the greatest. For one the drive through speakers and or headsets needs an update asap. Because they couldn't hear me properly I assume I got my hotdog and burger wrong. The fountain machine wasn't hooked up correctly as the Sprite was just gross. I understand they were busy lunch hour on a Sunday but I feel as if whomever or the crew could do better with communicating and quality control to ensure good tasting hot food. I know they can do better!

Overfilled some blizzards to the point where all of them were leaking over the top of the cups and dripped ice cream all over us and the car. Absolutely no reason at all for them to fill the cups up that much. It should be pretty obvious that if you can't close the lids over the cups of ice cream, then there is too much ice cream! It takes two seconds to check for something like that, but they were rushing way too much. This DQ used to be great, but now it's like the people who work there are just in a rush to get people out the door. I know people value fast service, but we also value competent service that will not leave people and cars sticky and messy.I would not have minded at all if they had taken a few extra minutes to make sure that cups weren't overflowing to the point of making a huge mess, but nope! They overfilled the cups, handed them to us, and rushed us out of the way.
Even friendly to my dog for our food and free pup cup.Parking: Usually can find a spot. Stays busy but great food and service.

The counter was very sticky and disgusting. I witnessed the customers in front of me receive very slow service, and then the order was completely wrong. I waited while they fixed the order, and it took quite awhile to get a small blizzard.

Classic dairy queen not changed since I was a kid. But this is not a bad thing all order written on a ticket and you are given your number. Stick with classics you can not go wrong.
