I visit the Hardee’s on Stafford Drive in Princeton, West Virginia quite frequently I wish I could give 10 stars cause I definitely would 9 out of 10 times Charlena is the cashier waiting on me taking my order. She always greets me with a smile and positive energy and a positive attitude and always goes above and beyond. I’d like to send a shout out to the rest of the team over there starting with Miss Sandra Miss Tina Emily, can’t forget Josh and Victor Megan Hector and Linda can’t forget Wanda and for anybody I may have left out. I do apologize but you all do an amazing job there and y’all deserve a raise. Keep up the good work and the Delicious fresh hot food PS I hope the owner of Hardee’s reads this and really consider all the hard work all of youse do to keep Hardee’s running smoothly And keeping the food, fresh and hot at all times and always go above and beyond for your customers and treating them like family and considers giving all of you a Pay raise or at least a end of the year bonus For all the hard work each and everyone if you do there at Hardee’s, they keep it running smoothly and Always going above and beyond to make sure all orders arehot and fresh food

Havent really had any bad experiences until today. Went and got two Frisco burgers, both of which were untrusted and dry. Burgers tasted like they were a day old. Had to go back and have both burgers remade, of which they only put fresh patties on one sandwich. If there's new cooks in the back they do not know what they're doing. Will not be going back any time soon.
