Went there girl in the window was absolutely rude to the point I think she didn't know what she was doing she was frustrated and was taking it out on us kept telling me pull up away from the window couldn't because there was a car in front of me she asked me 3 times till she told her boy toy had ask the driver in front of me what they ordered and he had to go back and get the food she was very rude while we was trying to order gave attitude the entire time.tried call the store to talk to the manager but if course phone was off hook wouldn't go here if my life depended on it

Someone else needs to run this franchise because the issues at this location are persistent. I've read other reviews and I can say that they're all 100% accurate with one exception, at least my experience. I have no never had a rude encounter as others have, but I've experienced all the others. The wait times are 30 minutes or longer; there's many people who are waiting this long every time I've been which is infrequent; which should be telling. Today was the first day I got my food and it tasted like chemicals. The chicken was fine, but all the sides had a really noticeable aftertaste and smell of cleaning chemicals. I had to throw it all away. It's one thing to be slow okay fine, it happens. But serving food like this is actually dangerous and consuming too much could absolutely make you sick. Please avoid this place; if you really want a KFC experience take some time and drive to their Princeton or Tazewell locations.

Placed an order online, to be picked up at 5:00 PM. Arrived at 4:50. At 5:10, I was finally able to tell someone what I was there for. Then I was told it would take another 1/2 hour for my order to be ready. Poor service! Won't be ordering from KFC again. And I'm still waiting for my refund.

Customer service is noncaring, the drive through is slow. Waited 30 minutes for fries and had to leave to get work before they ever got to binging them out. Overall I would rate the experience somewhere between colonoscopy prep and running wind sprints on broken glass

I love KFC... But I will never order from this one again... Had to wait 20 to 30 minutes because they did not have enough pieces of chicken to make my order... I watched several orders get served before I got... They tried to make it up to me telling me they were going to give me two or three extra pieces and when I picked up my order I asked them if they added the extra pieces. They said they did but they lied. Also the wings I got were so small. Not even sure it was from a chicken

Waited 20 minutes for a drive thru order, had to park and walk in to get the drive thru order and waited another 10 minutes for them to make it. And then they informed me it would be 6 more minutes for biscuits. If you would have filled my order when I first came thru, you would have had biscuits. I'll drive to Princeton from now on.

I have wanted to eat KFC for quite a while because I had not eaten there for a long while. Their food used to be so good. I do not what has changed but my meal was awful. I only ate a few bites and threw my meal in the trash. I will never eat there again.

Worst place to eat, I wouldn't eat here if I was you. Black specs in drinks, cold/inedible chicken, smelly/greyish brown coleslaw. All around I wouldnt ever eat here again even if someone paid me.

We always drive to the one in Tazewell even if it is 30 minutes away if we want KFC because this one is so bad it’s not even worth the convenience of it being closer. The staff is so rude, and the food is always so bad. There hasn’t been one time we’ve left the drive-thru that all of our order is correct. We are almost always missing an item from our meals.
We made the mistake of ordering from here for dinner last night (June 29th). They didn’t have a few of their sides, so we ended up ordering Mac and cheese, it tasted like chemicals. The biscuits were hard and cold. The apple poppers had no filling and were dry and hard.
I know KFC’s food is better because the one we visit in Tazewell has delicious food and it is always hot when it’s served.
We’ve just given this location to many chances unfortunately, I like KFC’s food but this place is just so bad it’s not worth it.

Place is a joke!! Got the Korean BBQ Bowl and my fiancé got the Hot honey tender combo. The chicken was COLD LIKE sitting out for HOURS. The cheese couldn’t even melt because everything was so cold. The fries were so hard and cold they weren’t edible!!! We paid extra for the cream to be put in our soda and failed to inform us they didn’t have it AFTER taking our money. When something was said we were told there wasn’t anything they could do? Ummmmm refund my money!? How about that??? What happened to good customer service!? Wont be back and I highly suggest nobody else does either. The people that work are very rude and unprofessional. Oh yeah and didn’t give us any of our sides.

First time I visited they got our order wrong then last time I went through the drive thru and didn't get all of my order after waiting 20 minutes at the curb , so I walked inside and stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone asked what I needed, then the manager said the lady doing drive thru couldn't hear well and I had to wait another 5 minutes for the rest of my order , my food they gave me originally was cold and they didn't give me any utensils to eat it with , kinda hard to eat mashpotato bowl without a spoon Employees are very rude and can't get order right
