After some issues with this location in the past recent service and quality of the food is much improved. There have still been some issues off and on with order accuracy, but overall, not a bad location.

The food was horrible!!!! Placed a order for the original chicken sandwich with fries and a order for the sliders with fries. The chicken taste like it sat there all day long and had the texture of raw hide! After a long day in a medical facility then receiving this was a disappointment to say the least! KFC on Cumberland Rd, Bluefield WV.

Ordered on the app for a 2 hour later pick up time. The food tasted like it was made when I put in my order and was sitting until I arrived. The chicken was barely warm, and the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese tasted microwaved, and the biscuits were COLD. Honestly, all in all, it was not good, and I would not go back.

You had no crispy chicken. The pieces I did get were very small, greasy, and seemed to have been cooked a while. The biscuits were very small. Tasted like it gad been fried in old grease. Workers were unprofessional. I will not return here.

On 5-3-23 I placed an online order I got there to pick up my order one lady came out and said it would be a 20 min wait I was starting to get mad bc she had told me didn't you see all those people in front of you they all ordered 16 piece chicken so very frustrated I said I would wait so while I was in my car waiting the general manager I can't remember her name came out personally and apologized and kind of explained why I was having to wait and also gave me a $10 gift card. This GM was very professional and took the time out of her busy day to let me know that she cared about her customers....So I wanted to give a shout out to this young lady (GM) THANK YOU FOR BEING SO KIND!!
