Order #1043616 I waited for over an hour for Ian on line order. Finally they said they accidentally gave it away. They said they would make it right now and put me in the book for the same order in the future for free in lieu of getting my money back. A week later I called the order in, went to pick it up and they said it was already scratched out of book. We explained that we never got it and they didn’t care. Basically calling me a liar. I am beyond angry. Corporate is getting calls and emails now.

It takes more than 40 minutes every time we preorder. To get our food. They don't even make it till about 20 minutes after you call it in. Service sucks. Food is just okay

Love stopping in here for a pizza, pepperoni cheese bread, the puffs, and crazy bread. The wait times are insane around dinner time though, even when you use the app for the pizza portal. Food is always hot and delicious, so I can usually say the food is worth the wait.
When applying for the job, keep in mind the recruiter will allow you to schedule an interview, then cancel it out of the blue, without no explanation. On the call, he was rude about it, tells me positions have been filled and hung up in my face regardless of my manners. It’s rude.

Parking: The parking lot is in kind of a weird spot, and maneuvering through the small parking is sometimes challenging if it's busy, but otherwise, it's ok.

Use to go here every weekend and 2 weeks ago, I ordered a supreme" NO GREEN PEPPERS AND LIGHT SAUCE, I CALLED AND SPOĶÈ TO A MANAGER(MAN) TOLD HIM MY ORDER WAS WRONG AND HE SAID THE NEXT TIME IM OVER THAT WAY CALL AND IT WOULD BE REPLACED..... SO THE FOLLOWING WEEKEND I DIDNT FEEL WELL AFTER WORKING ALL DAY IN THE SUN, I CALLED AND EXPLAINED TO THE MANAGER (NOW A FEMALE)JUST LIKE YHE MALE MANAGERTOLD ME...SHE COMES ON THE LINE AND SAYS ITS NOT WROTE DOWN HES NOT THERE I THEN ASKED WHAT A GOOD DAY WAS TO CATCH HIM WORKINV AND SHE SAID...I CANT TELL U THAT.... AND NO DINNER FOR US TONIGHT...SMH

Customer service was amazing!! Lyric Taylor was very knowledgeable and helped in a great way with my selection for dinner! Would definitely recommend 10/10
Salty salty, way to salty. My kids wouldn’t eat it. Looks were deceiving. I’ve never had salt like this from a restaurant before.??pour salt ? in your hand and lick it. That’s the level in this.

The pizza is usually pretty good. Sometimes, the hot and ready has obviously been sitting in the warmers a while. I had a recent call in order, and it was hot and ready for the pick-up time scheduled. Staff varies as to friendliness and helpfulness. The biggest drawback is the location. Parking is tight, and the lot is difficult to get in and out of at times. I have also been stopped by vagrants multiple times for money while trying to enter and exit both. Once, the man was literally holding a box of their wings and kept insisting I give him money to eat. It would be good if the crazy sauce was also in a warmer because it's almost gazpacho cold at times. You literally can't beat the price for chain enmasse pizza.

Lied to my husband bout having his wallet then stole money from them tried a fake call back from.district haha. Now can't wait for my real call back from.the real corporate which told me they wouldn't have had them due the investigation they are themselves. Can't wait for the cameras to be pulled up.laughing all way to small claims court.
