2 weeks ago they refused to give me the tea I ordered even though I had a receipt. Even the manager told me I didn't order a tea while looking at the receipt that had it on there. It wasn't until the next person behind me was handed a tea and her saying that she didn't order a drink,did the Manger hand me my cup.
Last week an order of 2 McDonald's NO KETCHUP was served to me with Ketchup only. When I went to get it corrected I was handed 2 more mcdoubles with Ketchup only...read full review
