Coming in to this store was a nightmare! Your employees are bullies and rude. Not just managers bullying customers but bullying their own co workers. I've never seen such an establishment as awful as this Mc Donalds.

The food is classic mcdonald's taste. Few menu items ever push the limits. To many different options with very little flavor difference. Staff is unmotivated and tired looking. Order is always wrong and you are moved along as fast as they can get you to move. Atmosphere is bland and sterile. Very expensive too.

Dietary restrictions: They really don't care about customers. They are pushed to get to the next customers. They conveniently forget your needs.

Kid-friendliness: Nothing kid friendly here.

I usually order in the app and get my order curbside. They are usually pretty quick and the orders have been correct unlike some other locations

12/29/24 9:20 am Drive thru for mocha. Told machines were down. Asked if regular coffee available. Asked about mcrib. Told this season had passed. I replied the sandwich sign is still in the window which causes confusion. Told they didn't have time to take it down. Then told me I talked too much and they could not talk to me anymore. No other cars behind me. I said you can't answer questions the customer has about your menu, that I'm talking to much, I've got my cell on record please repeat that. They replied Merry Christmas. I drove around to see two employees standing at window. It's obvious this type of behavior is acceptable with manager. Wonder if owner is okay with it. Guess he doesn't mind losing money. Certainly won't get anymore of mine. No wonder so many people and family I know now go to Hardees right down the street. If I could upload a picture I'd show what I did drive to Hardees and buy. Candied bacon fried egg and cheese biscuit as well as drive thru service was awesome. GOODBYE MickyD hello Hardees.

Great attitudes very clean, willing to help. And makes sure your order is complete. Wish they'd keep the McRib Sandwich on the menu but $10.00 is too much for a sandwich

Parking: Had to park and walk two blocks.

They seem to take offense when you call them out on their theft of goods which you pay for and they fail to provide. This location isn’t worth your time, gas or money go to any other location if you want the complete order you have paid for.
