Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for them to forget my order. Had to tell the person coming outside 3 times what I got. Burger and fries meal. Food finally comes. No fries in the bag. Burger was made by a blind person. Wasn’t correct at all. Ended up throwing it out of my truck window.

I don’t recommend McDonald’s in Bluefield Va. they are horrible! Got a fry and it was cold took it back in there and I am pretty sure I ended up with the same fries! He took my bag and then gave me fries that was still Cold and nasty!!! I ended up just throwing them away!!!!! YUCK!!!! I thought they are not suppose to take food back behind the counter?
Inside this location the cell service plummet if that was all wouldn't be so bad I've been her 5 times the last month at different times of day and it always take 15+ minutes to get your food terrible experience other than the register employee

I was like do you need me to tell you honey he didn't answer. We were gonna pull up to the window. We just left . Why even try at this point.
