This is probably the worst McDonald's outside of Philadelphia that I've ever been to. I'm the first person in the Drive-Thru line right now and I'm sitting here pouring sweat only having ordered two frappes and a milkshake. They never have their drive-thru orders done because they're too busy working on doordash. I don't know why I even keep coming back here. There's something always wrong with the food it's always wrong with the order and anytime they make me sit here and wait like this in 90° weather for something that they have to pour straight out of a machine it always ends up melted. The only positive aspect is the little guy that works to drive through with the Gap in his teeth he's absolutely awesome I'm about to find out what his name is. It's Ricky and he's the only thing about this McDonald's that I found that is any good. He always has a smile on his face he's always working really hard and always tries to pull through even if everything else around him makes it hard for him to make everything okay so if anybody reads this you guys should give that young man a raise and tell the rest of his crew members to take a few cues from him

We went in there, the tables were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the ketchup didn’t work, when my boyfriend went up to the counter to ask for ketchup he got his ketchup but all of the packets were covered in old crusty ketchup, the service was awful, half of the drink dispensers didn’t work, and the food was barely warm, I would not recommend eating here.

everyone is being pulled out of the drive through and parked there are literally 13 people pulled and people are being told to back up in the drive through and park and having to wait 20 mins and the lot is a hazard
This is literally inedible. I took two bites before I noticed. Not only could this have harmed me but it could’ve harmed my unborn child. Do better. Teach your employees how to cook. TRAIN THEM.
