Don't bother showing up within an hour of closing time. You'll sit in the drive through waiting to order and they'll never respond. This has happened nearly 10 times in the past year. I can't help my work hours but when your open...BE OPEN!!! Extremely poor service!

Before I forget almost a week ago or so I came in , brought food my wait time was 8-10 min , some employees who looked as if they worked up front were just standing around , but the deal breaker for me was the manager that threatened a staff member not sure what caused the threat to be made . I felt bad for the employee if that was my daughter I’d be cursing the harambe manager out instantly . You don’t talk/treat employees how you want and expect them to do as you ask. Is this how McDonald’s in this area treat their employees?

If your open to a certain time STAY OPEN UNTIL THAT TIME. If you close the drive through with people in line at least tell them instead of ghosting! After a 5 minute chat with the truck in front!Some people work

I asked for a hamburger no mustard, add mayo and extra onions. I got a sloppy mess. It was so gross. And the medium fries had so many black pieces I had to throw over a quarter of them out just for that reason alone.

9-10-2023 came through drive through at 3:35pm. Ordered 2 DOUBLE cheeseburgers & a DOUBLE quarter pounder with cheese. Paid for food and was asked to pull forward to wait on food to be cooked. Waited 10-15mins on food to find out at this Mcdonalds DOUBLE must not mean two patties. Went back through drive through and explained issue was told the order would be re-made. Pull up to second window and told to pull forward hile food would be made again only to recieve patties to add to my burgers. So soon I bet they go to full self service, take your own order , make your own food, maybe even check yourself out. Complete joke of a Mcdonalds. Good thong Wendys is next door.
