We placed a $72 order to be delivered. When they delivered food was missing. I tried to call but got customer service who transferred me to the local store. They wouldn't answer the phone. My husband drove there after paying a delivery fee and a driver tip. When my husband arrived he was given an attitude and told they don't answer the phone because of prank calls. the phone was still ringing where I was trying to call and they wouldn't answer. Pizza Hut is a restaurant with amazing management, friendly staff, and a clean environment. The food is truly awesome, but the salad bar could have more variety. Servers are great, and the parking lot is convenient. The restaurant is kid-friendly and offers delivery service with a seamless ordering process.
