Awesome food and atmosphere from this Pizza Hut. I've been to some in the past where the employees aren't friendly and the pizza taste sour. Everything on the bufet bar was delicious! i am so glad you brought the bar back.

Not sure what has changed but this location has gotten so much worse over the last year. I only order in the app and for the drive-thru. I can't stress enough how the food is always late; not half of the time or most of the time, but always. Waiting is 2-3 times longer than the given ready pickup time. A 40 min - 1 hour wait, and often the food isn't right. Whoever runs the franchise in the area must not care as the problem is ongoing. Go to Dominos instead. It's amazing how fast they prepare your food and aren't late 👍🏻

Two hour wait and still no pizza. All drive through and carry out orders were being filled. Dining room had several full tables that walked out because of no food.

We received our appetizer after 1 hour and 45 minutes. At 2 hours we said forget the pizza and paid $18.51 for 3 drinks and 1 order of bread sticks. We watched all carry out and drive thru order filled.

Absolutely horrible... ordered pizza for delivery at 6:30 and 2 hours later still no delivery called back and wa put on hold after asking for manager and never got to talk to anyone after a 30 minute wait just hung up. I placed an order at 7:40pm, the apps estimated delivery arrival was 8:09-8:21pm, it was 8:30pm and still no arrival. I called the store, waited about 6-7 minutes just for someone to check the status of my order. The lady told me it'd be another 15-20 minutes, so that made the estimate delivery around 9:00pm. After 9:10pm I called the store again, the gentleman on the phone stated that they do not have delivery drivers anymore, and that it's up to the mercy of Doordash. He also stated that it's up to the Doordash person to show up whenever they want, and that Pizzahut strongly encourages customers to pick up their order instead. I resquested a refund, which I got, and around 9:35pm I got a notification on the app that the Doordash driver picked up my canceled order and were on the way. They proceeded to drive past my house and confirmed that my order was handed to me. I called the Dasher and he said that my order was canceled so he didn't drop it off. Why give the Dasher a order that was already canceled? Worst experience ever and I will never order from this Pizzahut again.

Ordered food for pick up and it did say ready on the board but had to wait literally 10 minutes to be able to get the attention of a worker. A couple of workers walked by with faces buried in cell phones and heard other workers yelling in the back about other people schedules and who was and wasn't supposed to be there and a few just hanging out talking . No customers in dining so I guess they don't need workers up front at all. Service isn't what it used to be

Tried to call In my order as I left home but after the 20 minute drive over there they had only picked up to ask me to hold so I went in and placed my order then after another 30 minute wait the order was incorrect and the wings were so greasy.

I rarely dine in. I most always use the app and pick up at the drive thru window, I order here alot. After watching my debits on my bank account I noticed that 2 previous debits from this location were 3 dollars more than my order total, I called and talked to Kim and she was able to pull them up in the computer and was going to check into it and call me back. After waiting awhile, I called her back and she said after looking at the receipts that it was a tip on each one. It would have to be a custom tip that I typed in to be 3 dollars exactly and I never tip with my debit card, I will always give them cash when I pick up my food. I never have to sign anything when ordering on the app, so I don't know if on these transactions a staff member added it or what but I know for a fact that I didn't. The total of 6 dollars for the 2 transactions is no problem, I don't care about the money. But I order from this pizza Hut all the time and now I'm unsure if I can trust them with using my debit card for my transactions. I guess I'll just start ordering from a different pizza place, there are several in the area to choose from. I keep every email from anywhere I use an app or order online, I know what my order totals were and a tip would have reflected in my order total. I guess you just lost my business, because it happened on 2 separate days and transactions and then i have to call back to see if they had found out what the problem was and like i said i would have had to type in a custom tip for it to be exactly 3 dollars. I will warn others to be careful when ordering from this location.
