The place just looked and felt dirty. The food was low grade especially for the price. I would not recommend nor will we go back to this location. 2 adults and 2 children, basic food ordered bill was $70,

Food was good. Service was slow and waitresses were just plain rude. When asked how much longer our food was going to be she said we were fussing and reminded us that its not her fault and she still needed a tip. She says this yet we watched her sit for 45 mins and do nothing while our drinks were empty.

Me and my wife went to Mercer Mall about 6 weeks ago and we discovered Portabella 2 when we were leaving. I usually don't eat in a mall but I'm glad we stopped here. This is the best food I have had in the state of West VA. I do competition cookoffs so I'm a little hard to please. I got the cheese steak and my wife got the spaghetti. Both were AMAZING!! And those garlic knots were very good. We live close to Virginia Tech so we are about 40 miles away, otherwise...
