The restaurant was clean. The food was delicious, and all the ingredients were fresh. The lady behind the counter on nightshift was extremely professional and polite. I think she was the only one working that night, but even working by herself, everything ran so smoothly. I look forward to next time.

Terrible. What veggies they did have was old. Brown lettuce. Employee working looked like she was hardly awake enough to function. Owners came in and tried to fix the day but I will never come back. 4 customers will never come back. Employee told guy infront of me she hasn't had time to get more change out and have a nice day while keeping his .56 cents lol

The lady working wouldn't even look at the coupon I had presented to make sure the establishment accepted them. But she immediately informed me I could only make an order for sandwiches off the Build You Own menu, which I wasn't familiar with. I opted out of ordering and went to the Subway in Bluefield, VA instead. Where the coupon was absolutely accepted there, no questions asked. It was a little after 9pm and she was or appeared to be the only one working but I was also the only customer in the building.

Stopped here at about 6 PM on 3/5/23. After being told they didn't have the first two items we wanted on our sandwiches, I asked for pepper jack cheese. I was informed that they had NO cheese! The two workers had the energy and work ethic of a sloth. How pathetic! This was, until recently, a much better Subway than our local one. We won't be back!

The guy who was working evening shift treated my son really goodParking: It's sitting in kind of a bad spot for pulling out and in but other than that it's a nice place

Placed an online order for 3 subs after working a 10 hour shift, wife and I . Wife drives out to pick up order after app said order was ready . Wife arrived at store and workers confirmed order was not completed because all they had was wheat bread . Gave wife runaround saying they had to wait on their manger to refund money . Wife told them wheat was fine . Took an almost an additional 20 minutes to complete order . Wished we would have ordered Bellacinos instead. Complete bad experience .

Rude. Would rather take a smoke break then do their job. Nothing was stocked. Drinks were out and it was just carbonated water instead of sprite and cherry coke. Veggies that were left didn’t look good. Rude with other costumers as well.
