If I could give 0 stars I would. I called hours ahead to place an order for a six foot sub and when I got there at 4:30 I was told it wasn’t ready. She said she was too busy. There was one person in line. She told me she multiple call ins and orders. She was waiting on one person. All she had to do was ring him up. Keep in mind I’m waiting on her as she tells me to wait and I’m picking this up for my son’s birthday party. She had me jump in front of the man and pay but it was 215 dollars!? She forgot my toppings/sides and the footlong cookies. Spoke to the manager on the phone and she told me there’s nothing she can do but take off the toppings that I wasn’t given anyway. Such a rip off. Six foot subs do not cost 200 dollars.
Terrible customer service. First, they gave away my sub to someone else. There wasn't even a lot of people in line, so it was a careless mistake. Second, they ran out of 2 or 3 toppings I wanted on it. So, the second sub they made wasn't even what I wanted. In all my life, I've never been to a subway that didn't have something as basic as lettuce.
To top it, they didn't make it right, or even act like they cared about their customers.

The staff went out of their way to assist my disabled older brother and sister-in-law. I wish I had gotten her name but, one of the young ladies even assisted him in getting in our car and was as pleasant as anyone I’ve ever met. There is customer service and then there is customer care, she was amazing.

Ordered through the app a couple of weeks ago. Got 3 subs and a roll up. All 3 subs were on the wrong bread and 2 had mayo and were not supposed to have it. I did not go back or call as I had worked all day and was just too tired. I did however send an email and all I got was an apology and my feedback would be shared to improve their customer service. Now I know no one is perfect but doesn't seem like they care about how the customers get their food so long as they make money.

The only reason it gets three stars is because I understand what it's like working behind that bar. It's stressful and customers are rude. However the staff could have better attitudes and talking trash about how the new manager doesn't know got to do anything leaving the front of the store with customers in the store completely going outside with customers still in the store. The for looking as of it hasn't been swept in months. The drink machine needs cleaned bad. All I have to say is I put in an application and if you need help that won't do these things look for my application it's under Kelli C. And I have management experience in subway so.... I could fix all the things I just said were wrong.

Ordered 5 subs online and 4 out of 5 subs was made wrong. Neither of my kids pizza subs had sauce. The other two had wrong stuff on them and and none of the subs was toasted. Seriously disappointed!
Showed up at 9:30 pm and not supposed to close till 10pm employees had already pulled all food and wouldn't serve

The 2 young men working behind the counter were really slow. There was 1 lady in there when we went in, and we had to wait 15-20 minutes to even start our order. The one guy was ok, but the other one had a bad attitude like he was too good to acknowledge. It pissed me off.

Management is very rude and poor. Done a online order did not make the sandwich’s correctly when it was on the receipt how to make them when called was told everything was put on them and they told me I don’t know what you want me to do about i told them i had pictures and offered to bring the sandwiches back was still told I don’t know what you want me to do about it. When told I was going to call corporate and asked for the number I was hung up on!!! I will never give them my service again! Management needs to do better!

Placed a mobile order, have been waiting over an hour as they’ve been saying i placed it at the wrong store even though i was showing them my app and that i was at the correct location, EXTREMELY RUDE, then they finally found my order in the floor and i got no apology or anything.
