What an incredible experience we had on Valentine's day at The Vault and what a hidden gem we have in our backyard in Bluefield, WV. General Manager Tony runs a meticulous restaurant serving up friendliness, ambiance, service, and fantastic food. Everything we tasted was flawless, but my favorite was the melt in your mouth salmon with bacon and Brussel sprouts paired with a visually stunning crème brulée to top off the evening. I can't wait til my next visit!
Valentines dinner was our first trip to The Vault and it definitely won’t be our last. The food was superb, beyond what we even expected. Our waiter, Cameron, was fantastic. The atmosphere was very unique. This will be our new “go to” for upscale dining. Beyond pleased with our entire evening ?

It was hands down the best restaurant we have been to in a long time.The interior design is gorgeous and so cool with the way they kept the bank vault and other aspects of the original building.We will definitely be back!Spencer is a great waiter be sure to ask for him!

Have eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed. Professional service and friendly staff. They have been well-trained by Tony the manager. He is a true feather in their cap. Always friendly and on top of things. The food is exceptional. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but oh so worth the money spent. The setting is elegant while also paying tribute to our local history. We are lucky to have something this nice in our area, and it's good to see locals supporting it.

Excellent service, presentation & food. Wonderful mixed drinks & deserts. Service was extraordinary. I had the dinner special, braised ribs & she had the other special, steak & pasta. For desert, we split their carrot cake. Awesome

My husband and I found this little gem by chance just passing through Bluefield, WV. Our first visit was Tony's first night managing the restaurant. We had such a great experience that we planned another visit to The Vault a year later. As with our first visit, the food and cocktails were exceptional. The service was even better. Save room for dessert. The Italian Cream Cake is amazing! We wish we lived closer so we could go more regularly. This restaurant is 4 miles off I-77. If you are in the area and pass it by, you are missing out!

Party of four---oyster appetizer was better than what we get at Hilton Head--Shrimp Scampi was delicious--Prime rib was as requested (medium rare) and not cooked to death--Dessert cannellonis were to die for---Wine was as ordered but a little pricey---Tony (manager) was very gracious and travelled around the restaurant to assist in any way he could---our waiter (John) was helpful in ordering and took excellent care of our party---The Vault, try it you will like it!

Can’t say enough about this place! A gem in our small town. The manager Tony is a top notch guy, I’ve never seen a restaurant manager be so hands on in ensuring a great customer experience. The servers John and Spence were amazing. Very knowledgeable. Great service and amazing young men. If you’re from Bluefield then you already know about the bartender Heather. She is the best around. Funny, hospitable, knowledgeable, AND she makes the best drinks I’ve ever had. The vault was blessed to get her behind their bar. Will definitely be back! If you’re looking for a top notch dining experience look no further than the vault! Promise you won’t be disappointed!
