For some odd reason being in the middle of Bluefield they have 3 people working and have already closed their lobby doors at 8:30 they had more but the people they hire just up and leave!

We eat the Carnivore diet, we eat meat /animal products , the Manage here is a super mice guy, some places won't accommodate us he goes out of his qmway to accommodate us and as soone as we walk in he will personally make sure our order is the way we like it , great guy , goid with customers , he needs a raise, sorry don't know his name .

I waited in line for 30 minutes to pick up a mobile order. The line was not moving a bit. I just left and I lost my money. I can't afford to waste gas that long. No one was working at all. One guy was emptying trash and smoking a vape. The rest sitting doing nothing while cars wrapped around the building waiting.

9:50pm last night 10 minutes before the lobby closed my dad went and got his food and the girl working rushed him out the door, rudely saying she had to lock the lobby doors. They usually they let him sit and finish his food, but this time he ate in the parking lot. While he was eating in his car she kept staring out the door at him. If she had just said he couldn't eat in the lobby without all the attitude it would have been fine. Unfortunately I dont believe he will be going back to this specific Wendy's.

Waited in line for roughly 30 minutes with only one customer in front of me.
The staff were so focused on the drive thru that the lobby was being greatly neglected.

I ordered a baconator combo and kids combo. Paid extra for pepper jack and a medium lemonade.
Once my order was finished I went to get it from the counter and had to ask for my drink. Having asked for sauce when ordering, received none. Asked for my sauce and was told by the staff at the counter that they needed to go to the back and get it, although I saw with my own eyes the sauce I requested was already up front. While waiting, another staff was kind enough to hand me one.
I got to the table and my burger was not only dry but did not have the extra cheese I paid for.

Service is slow, atmosphere is extremely nonchalant, and on top of this there was definitely staff on duty that were under the influence.
