Ordered a Oreo Brownie Frosty
That's the only thing I ordered
It took 32 minutes
They pulled me up and had me wait. I was the only customer there, I watched 3 customers come and go.
When I got the Frosty it was completely melted.
I definitely understand things happen with machines but I shouldn't have waited on a Frosty that didn't have any Oreos and completely melted

Great place quality food and the best atmosphere and even has a section for your kids can set and have lounge chairs and they have all types of different tables and chairs. Family setup and also high chairs for kids and also a TV section with lounge chairs and a coffee table in the corner. Also the staff is very nice. The employees treat you with respect and you get the best quality fresh food And it's also the best Wendy's in all of Mercer county area. Even though it's in the Virginia line, it's the best Wendy's from Beckley to Bluefield

I came here after we went to Shogun today. I don't know if it's something in the air in Bluefield but everybody is just rude. We had a negative experience at Shogun with the old man with the acne scars and then we come to Wendy's and the lady in the Drive-Thru was just so rude. I don't like leaving negative reviews but the woman who's working the window today really needs an attitude check. And the fries were cold.

I got a big order through the drive thru about half an hour before they closed. Everyone was really nice, and all of our food and drinks were there. Overall a great experience.

For some odd reason being in the middle of Bluefield they have 3 people working and have already closed their lobby doors at 8:30 they had more but the people they hire just up and leave!

We eat the Carnivore diet, we eat meat /animal products , the Manage here is a super mice guy, some places won't accommodate us he goes out of his qmway to accommodate us and as soone as we walk in he will personally make sure our order is the way we like it , great guy , goid with customers , he needs a raise, sorry don't know his name .

I waited in line for 30 minutes to pick up a mobile order. The line was not moving a bit. I just left and I lost my money. I can't afford to waste gas that long. No one was working at all. One guy was emptying trash and smoking a vape. The rest sitting doing nothing while cars wrapped around the building waiting.
9:50pm last night 10 minutes before the lobby closed my dad went and got his food and the girl working rushed him out the door, rudely saying she had to lock the lobby doors. They usually they let him sit and finish his food, but this time he ate in the parking lot. While he was eating in his car she kept staring out the door at him. If she had just said he couldn't eat in the lobby without all the attitude it would have been fine. Unfortunately I dont believe he will be going back to this specific Wendy's.
